We are now experiencing the efficient, fast and amazing convergence of technologies which one way or the other greatly contributing to the rise of the cryptocurrencies and making Bitcoin as the King of the Hill so far.
Looking into the future...what do you think will be the scenario involving Bitcoin twenty years from now? Will Bitcoin be worth more than a million or will it ceased to exist? Or will a new crytocurrency replace the supremacy of Bitcoin...?
In my opinion, obviously bitcoin user are increasing and also bitcoin price are increasing after 20 years this digital currency maybe get many partnership where in many stores you can use bitcoin as time passes it becoming more popular all over the world and maybe in the it will be the mainstream currency and also the physical money will change to digital currency tto becoming ready for the future changes. |

It will totally depends on how bitcoin adept till that time... If Bitcoin can adepts and it is accepted by countrys, then it will still be very hot and will keep on rising

I think the decentralization scheme will be in the future, bitcoin will not go anywhere either, new cryptocurrencies will appear, new thoughts and ideas will appear in people connected with crypto.

No one can tell what will happen to bitcoin after 20 years. It may be worthless or worth a million, who knows. It may not exist anymore after 20 years. Many things can happen with that span of time.

The current price of Bitcoin is $ 11,000, 20 years from now, I think the most interesting thing today, I think with the current population is not too hard to bitcoin to reach 1 million usd in 20 years haha! |

I think the future of bitcoin in the next 20 years will be bad. Sorry when I talk about this with people who are bitcoin fans. But you can see the bitcoin is being dug too much, because it's so hot in the electronic money market now and people often buy diggers for digging bitcoins.
In the next few years there will be a lot of people who know bitcoin and they will use bitcoin to make it easy to own them. So 20 years from now I think bitcoin will no longer be in the electronic money market anymore.

I wish that will happen, that would not be impossible especially if bitcoin will continue to exist and development will continue. It's just a matter of time, what we have witness today is already a big improvement and we hit a good price to end the year 2017 so I am thinking this will continue despite the fact that the price has drop a bit. |

No one can tell what gonna happen on btc in 20 year from now. Technology move so fast and technology itself could strengthen or dissolve the btc. Perhaps there is a new form of currency or technology base on btc or the btc itself that will rock the world. But one thing for sure currency either crypto or fiat still exist in 20 years time. |

It is so hard to predict on Crypto currency. In my opinion after 20 years bitcoin price reach 50k and its demand, value increasing a lot. Government started to accept bitcoin and legal it in their country.

In the global internet age, having a "global" virtual currency will be more and more important, so I predict a bright future to bitcoin (and probably to other few altcoins as well).Even if the price of BTC won't go to the moon, I don't believe it will ever become a dead currency.There will always be some people which will want to use the advantages of cryptocurrency - ease of transactions, some level of anonymity, etc.

Bitcoin in the next 20 years will have two futures, whether it's going to grow more now or Bitcoin will be extinguished by other economic-related policies, there may be more people worried about the future of Bitcoin |

After 20 years maybe the price of bitcoin is over 6 digits in USD because the demand for bitcoin is getting bigger and bigger and bitcoin is like the gold in the internet because as the years goes by, the price of bitcoin is literally going up and it is not just going up by 5-10% per year because it is going up at least 50% which is a great range for a return for an investment. |

This may be on route now considering that South Korea exchanges agreed to share data with banks. This may be little step but eventually bank will have to accept this one way or another. It better for them to use technology behind every coin, it would be much better for them. |

i think bitcoin 20 years from now is quite a long time but possibly, bitcoin will still exist but we can never tell whether it will be of Huge value or what the progress will be.
