Actually since the supply of Bitcoin will not increase it will result into price increase to adjust it because supply and price are indirectly proportional unlike demand which is directly proportional. When we say directly proportional like demand, when the demand increases the price also increases while when the supply decreases the price increases and vice versa. But if the Bitcoin's supply could not accommodate by this basic economic priciple then might as well the others might find other coins. Though no one knows what improvements may come in the future as the usage of Bitcoin will be booming up in the future.

Assuming that nothing bad happens with bitcoin and the price went up like all of us are hoping for, it will be harder and harder to get 1 bitcoin per year. Since you're earning 1BTC per year as of now, when the price of bitcoin has doubled/tripled or basically went up significantly, the rates will be adjusted (even on signature campaigns) and you'll be paid less than what you used to (in bitcoin form) since the payrate is depending on the price of bitcoin in fiat.

If signature campaign is your thing, then I've never seen a signature campaign that never adjusted their price. There's only a couple of them that haven't adjusted yet but they probably would when the price of bitcoin pumped even more. Even long term signature campaigns like Crypto-Games and Betcoin has adjusted their payment rate.

Are there really countries adopting Bitcoin for the mere fact its price is on the increase? I think what is fact, is that most countries that got to embrace Bitcoin did so out of seeking for safe haven from their inflation ridden local currencies or for a more effective means of remitting money from abroad.

The way and manner Bitcoin is gaining more grounds and becoming more resolute, 20 years from now would be such a spectacle in global finance and economy to behold.
