We are now experiencing the efficient, fast and amazing convergence of technologies which one way or the other greatly contributing to the rise of the cryptocurrencies and making Bitcoin as the King of the Hill so far.

Looking into the future...what do you think will be the scenario involving Bitcoin twenty years from now? Will Bitcoin be worth more than a million or will it ceased to exist? Or will a new crytocurrency replace the supremacy of Bitcoin...?

Cryptocurrency 20 years into the future will probably be vastly different than what we have today. With all the developments, the smart contracts ideas and other features are probably going to be integrated.

Maybe 20 years in the future, most people will look for bitcoin and altcoin than fiat. Because, it may be more profitable to open a business on the internet, than in the real world. I also believe that bitcoin will be much better 20 years in the future, because of the various developments made over the next 20 years.

Yes that is surely possible in future as bitcoin has an ability to change the financial system in future and there will be many people who will start using bitcoins and there will be more companies that will start adopting bitcoin which will make in even more stronger.

Most likely will be like that cuz lot of government are involved one way or another in this story. We will probably see some step of no paper money system in  near future, bitcoin or some altcoin can be used for this and it can be good, we dont know if they dont use something like this somewhere as an experiment in some soft.

I sure would like to see world without paper money but dont think we will see this, maybe if in this 20 years or more bitcoin is so widely spread that government will have to accept this is everyday transaction then we might see this.

In any case for now i like how thing are here and would like to remain like this no government involved.

Apart from the fact that the internet is also the real world, cause you don't buy a virtual TV over the internet , online business are already far more profitable than old shops.
At least when it comes to commerce.
Even ordering food (not fast food) but groceries online is starting to attract customers. Lots.

Right 20,000 dollars per bitcoin after 20 years its very impossible or very high. I think the price on that year the possible price maybe $5000 . But no one knows what happen in bitcoin price but I hope the price will pump so the bitcoin world become happy, thankful, and contented of what bitcoin can do. I dont want bitcoin die or dump . It's a sure thing that many things will happen to bitcoin. I'm thinking right now if there would be version 2 of bitcoin or it will remain. But there's one thing that is sure of going to happen. Its not a matter of length in determining a price of something specially in Bitcoin. Because we don't know why it would survive that long and you are assuming that because it survived after 20 years it would be priced at 50,000 USD is a wrong assumption to make. Also the government always has plans for it when something like that gets big maybe they might be able to control it that is why it survived that long.

I think the government will not allow bitcoin to reach such a price without control. In addition, there will be periods of recession that do not allow the price to soar to such a mark, unless only in 50 years.

Or this is cuz something else happen, some exchanges got letters from some banks that they wont accept anymore payment from bitcoin exchanges, dunno if this is true or not frien who is also in this told me he tried from bittrex and got this message. It this true or not i sont know for sure but i lose to see price going up.

If this continues we will all go to japan cuz they accept BTC in full 

Just this is very fishy to me, this is good to see price going up and its bad it this is true that some banks dont wanna have anything anymore with bitcoin, bad for us.

With last situation, even when blockchain is having a problems with miners fee size and confirmations time, the price has risen even up to 1600$.
It is lower right now, but it was still unexpected move. BTC price was pretty stable last times, when it has risen suddenly to 1300, then 1400 and then 1600!

I expect that it will go down right now, but I think that Japan will help a lot, because it can make other countries to make the same thing: adopt bitcoin as a possible payment option.

It is also sure that in the coming 20 years almost all of the governments accept bitcoin as Japan have accepted and then it will be surely a global currency for international use and then every country will work more for its developments and then the price will also be very higher and the investors will be millionaire and with that currency the world will be a global village.

i think bitcoin already cross 1600 USD level in this session. although it is trading just above 1500 USD but i think the price of bitcoin is not going to stay here and it will again cross 1600 USD level very soon and this time the price of bitcoin will not decrease from 1600 USD level. hope this time bitcoin will continue its trend of increasing price.
