thank you for good words!
Merry Christmas to everyone!

After we finish with fork, i will add features to wallets and to Mooncoin! We need cross-platform "ready to use" wallets, mobile wallet, online wallet, etc.
And also i will start to motivate an inner/outer economy for Mooncoin!
We will see.. just stay tuned! Wink

Mooncoin_Foundation mentioned, that you worked for/with Burstcoin before? Nice movement of price for BURST today, btw. ...
But the reason I'm asking is, that I've seen, that Burstcoin has Proof of Capacity built-in, right? Maybe we could add that to Mooncoin also? A long time ago I proposed in this thread, to add something like Proof of CPU, which would do kind of CPU-staking, based on the CPU you run. So if you have a mainboard with several server-CPU's your stake would be bigger, than with the ARM of a Raspi, for example.
Have you thought about this also? It could result in a kind of hybrid: the ones that have scrypt-ASICs can still mine with them, but all others could mine, respectively stake, also in a reasonable way. The problem with mining scrypt via CPU only is, that you cannot compete with ASICs.
Another option would be a Proof of Capacity based on the installed RAM.

When is the hard fork going to happen? Sorry, if it was answered before. I have the latest wallet though with segwit.

Dear All Members,

As we know that Mooncoin is just available on the following Exchanges:

1. www.coinexchang.io
2. www.bleutrade.com
3. www.novaexchange.com (near to Close)

These exchanges are not enough to boost the volume, therefore, Mooncoin needs to add on other exchanges as well.

For this purpose Mooncoin Team already forwarded requests to some of the exchanges and get feedback from the Exchanges in which they clearly instructed to build an active and positive community to be listed.

Therefore we all as Community Member of Mooncoin should play our role positively. In this Era, Social Media plays a vital role to get the attention of others e.g. (John MacAfee words about #XVG #BURST #DGB).

So this is the time to take action and spread positivity about Mooncoin to worldwide by using Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube and many other tactics with collaboration, enthusiasm and support to each other. When we share our positive thoughts and upcoming events as Dev Vassilis mentioned above our words shall create an image and then exchanges can get the notice that we are an active and optimistic community then they’ll be listed Mooncoin on their exchanges and we’ll be at the moon.

Following are the Exchanges where Mooncoin should list to boost the volume and the Mooncoin Team already forwarded the request to add Mooncoin some of the exchanges already:

1. Bittrex
2. Poloniex
3. Binance
4. Changelly
5. HitBtc[/b][/b][/b]

To meet this goal I already tweet @Changelly to add Mooncoin. You all are requested to like and share this Tweet so that we might get attention from the Exchange.

I agreee!
- It will be good an hybrid pow pos or Pow/Poi (proof of importance ( activity))
- Combined with a burning plan of the total supply to reducing the mass.
- Then combined to a marketing plan.

• Well (The hard fork stay the priority for now as you said)

- But well after with all this with some invest plan for exemple,
- The new exchanges as mentionned previously, any extra exchange as yobit too are always good, some game using moon too.
- Combined with all the mooners activity shares and ideas, roadmap white paper,

==> We are in the good way, that could make an amazing and surprising project with so much potential to explode to the skyy
And to the Mooonn.

Merry chistmas to all!
• Good work Vassilli Continue like this the result are here Moon look re birthing and shining again!

◘ I Just notice in Bitcoin there is "coin"  Litecoin too Dogecoin too then feathercoin too Mooncoin too
Every crypto with ''coin'' finishing by coin looks having a great success  Cheesy (and more success when its an hold one from the birth of bitcoin)

Mooncoin is very hold and this is demonstrate is strenghtness with age.

Withdrawal was from Coinexcange

MOON amount was 1538800.00000000 and fee is 0.10000000

I write to support@coinexchange.io and they send me:

For all support issues please go here:

https://coinexchangeio.freshdesk.com/support/home

and there is no solution for my problem.

After 18 hours I still don't see MOON in my wallet!

Same here would like to know what now?

Good afternoon ! I think that it will be a good idea to add something similar with Proof of Capacity, Proof of Stake or another algorithm. But the most important thing now is the hard fork... Smiley
When is the hard fork going to happen? Sorry, if it was answered before. I have the latest wallet though with segwit.

According to GitHub ( https://github.com/mooncoincore/wallet ) the hardfork will happen from block 1250000. We are now at 1178327 ( see https://moonchain.net/chain/Mooncoin or https://chainz.cryptoid.info/moon/ or https://bchain.info/MOON/ ).
The latest binaries can be found here: https://github.com/mooncoincore/wallet/releases
If you want to send coins from your wallet after the hardfork, this can only be done safely with version 0.13.9.

Thank you so much. I have mooncore version 0.13.9 Segwit. I am good then. What is the plan after that? We will get a new wallet to transfer the coins or it can stay here? Thanks in advance.

I can confirm mooncoin withdrawal at coinexchange.io is not working atm for me. Their tx id is not showing on the moonchain.
Sending coins from bluetrade does confirm within minutes. I'm using the 0.13.9 wallet. Is there anyone that can withdraw moons from coinexchange.io atm?
btw. thanks Vassilis Kritharakis for all your work!

Wouldn't it be good, to warn users in the wallets, if they set a too low tx-fee?

Another thing to improve: the built-in miner of the new wallet seems to have "yourwalletaddress" as a placeholder, right? The wallet should warn the user, if he starts mining without overwriting this with a valid Mooncoin-address. Otherwise this placeholder shows up on the P2Pool's  "active miners"- tab and these users won't be rewarded, if a block is found.

This is the 3nd time or 4th I think, that I said for the fee limits! But those transactions are not from users but from exchanger.

All the instructions I ever gave said to change the address from Miner tab. I understand the problem, but what else i can do? I will add the instructions in github 1st page(README.md).

The best would be, if the code checked the settings for the address automatically, before the mining starts. If no valid Mooncoin-address is set, a warning should appear.

Regarding the fees: At the moment no fee should be necessary at all, because of the relatively low tx-volume on the chain. But if the user sets one, the code should check, whether the amount could be a problem. Why is this a problem anyway? Is there a reason in the code for this?

It's different way of priority calculation. now matters the amount of inputs, fee compare to amount and difficulty to confirm transaction.
And until will go to fork we will have this issue (because over 100 nodes still have the old wallet)

OK, so after the fork, when most have updated to wallet version 0.13.9, it will be solved?

Then here the links to the new wallet again: Smiley

Nice volume today: ~165000 USD
Please keep in mind, that it is still cheaper to buy in LTC-, DOGE- and ETH-markets. So always compare, before you buy, in order to get the best price: https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/mooncoin/#markets
