New user and MOONcoin owner as of this morning... until 2 hours ago when I purchased 670000 ish of them and transferred them into the address of my newly downloaded windows wallet from the bottom of the MOONcoin website, only to find that the wallet went into a "synchronising with network" mode, and the mooncoins never arrived??? Can anyone out there shed some light or offer a solution?

Just wait for wallet to sync it may take some time then the coins will turn up You can also copy/paste your address (the one you sent those coins to) into the entry box at the top of this page: https://chainz.cryptoid.info/moon/#and it will show you your coins. (If you have used your wallet to send or receive coins be sure to make a backup copy of it. Make a couple of copies of your "wallet.dat" file, and place somewhere else for safe keeping. Do this often.)

With that kind of price and supply, the market cap would be 175B dollars.

so this is a reminder that ccex is delisting mooncoin
unless the daily trade volume is .4btc!!!
this does not look good to have this coin in such low volume.
I cannot deal with this now since I am moving.. So if anyone can help the volume at ccex please give some attention!!

Good morning from Greece. Barry is not scammer ! There was a disagreement related to a project. His last message here(23 August) is the following: Hi all, With the exception of a few direct messages that really did not sit well with me; you have all been very patient. I'm looking at getting the new release (hard fork) into place before block 1,150,000 (worst case scenario), hopefully at block 1,140,000 depending on how testing goes in the next few days. This will eventuate mid/late September, and will be a welcome change as the current retargeting system is quite harsh to say the least. Onto upcoming developments: At first I was pleased with the new algorithm 'Lyra2M'; however it wasn't perfect, often causing users machines to become quite sluggish and unusable. Additionally, I've had several hints that pools were ready to jump in at the block height of the fork, due to the pre-release of the cpuminer (it is possible to roughly setup a stratum based on available source code); as well as the nagging doubts as to a GPU miner being possible and/or written. So with this in mind, i'd like to announce that we will be the first Cryptocurrency to utilize the BalloonHash password hashing algorithm (url https://crypto.stanford.edu/balloon/ whitepaper https://eprint.iacr.org/2016/027.pdf). Comparable in strength; yet more durable and resistant to attack than Argon2. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HI3d-Typ_JY(quick video showing the new algorithm solving for a block) Additionally; the new release will benefit from the Litecoin 13.3 codebase (with segwit), extensions for the Moonlite/Moonword platform; as well as a much needed retarget algorithm (with self-lowering difficulty after timeout). Thankyou to those who have held on; it has been one epic ride, baz.
