Because Mooncoin is decentralised coin and big centralised exchanges want only centralised altcoins...

Hey thanks for the answer,  but we all need to promote or do something together. I would like to see this coin a $1.00
Does Moon has strong cash investors ?
After all it's a " currency  ". I'm financially not so secure but I'm trying to create Mobile App like Uber, here in Los Angeles to do same service over cryptocurrency , we started helping Uber 4 years ago. Me and people I know, overall we have over 300 vehicles invested for Uber service.
None of this investors are happy anymore.
Every single one of them would be happy to try something different.
I could promote this coin really well, and keep strong daily retail circulating volue

Questions
How do I create a coin over Moon blockchain ?
And if I will,  will it help Mooncoin price to raise up ?
And is it  organized as Ethereum blockchain ?
Thanks

Because Mooncoin is decentralised coin and big centralised exchanges want only centralised altcoins...

Exchanges list decentralised and centralised coins. Yes, they prefer centralised coins. It's easier to deal with centralised systems, to control them,
but what is more important, in my opinion: large exchanges are interested in making money (trading fees), it looks like they don't care at all about ideas, about people etc. Large exchanges prefer to list ICOs because people want to make a quick buck with ICOs, so exchanges understand that listing of this kind of coins will lead to big trading volume with a lot of trading fees. Another kind of coins which big exchanges like: coins with large investors (where one investor owns more than 10 percent of supply) and with money behind, exchanges understand that these coins will be pumped and people who want to make a quick buck (more than 90 percent of people in the crypto scene) will buy these coins, and again that means for exchanges: big volume and big trading fees.

About MOON they understand that it's backed by common people with no big whales who are able to pump a coin and without an ICO scheme, so they understand that very big trading volume is not expected for MOON.
In other words: MOON is not for making a quick buck, and the whole crypto scene wants a quick buck these days.
But these people underestimate one fact: it's not money only, what matters. If people start to use MOON on a daily basis,
e.g. to use the Smart Likes platform, it will not matter whether MOON is listed at big exchanges or not. In this case investors will fight for the opportunity to buy MOON no matter where.

Well you bought at a bad time, we have all made that mistake once but do not try to correct one mistake with another buying bitcoin with your alts, that is going to be a bad idea, you are going to lose money and then there is no guarantee that bitcoin goes higher, I know it can be hard watching another coin pumping but you have no other choice but to hold even for years if necessary until you recover your losses.

And is it  organized as Ethereum blockchain ?

Can you honestly answer why it's needed to create a coin over Moon blockchain, if you can just use MOON?
Ethereum blockchain is bloated, and will be more and more bloated with time, of course, you can use lightweight clients and not download the whole blockchain,
lightweight clients add more centralisation though.
Mooncoin blockchain is light. It's possible to add the functionality of creating tokens on top of Moon blockchain, but what for? There are already lots of platforms for creating assets/tokens, and they are being used for making a quick buck, for selling tokens to people and for making money out of thin air. It doesn't match the whole idea of crypto which aims to protect hard earned money of people, e.g. from inflation, political and economic issues, despotism of banks etc.
Anyway thank you for your interest, you are welcome to this community and can participate in this project, which really gives equal opportunities to people.

What happens after block 1,140,000? Are transactions being frozen after that for the fork?

I thought a hard fork was required to change the algo to lyra2m. I thought that was happening at block 1,140,000... maybe I'm wrong?
