Betanet launch is getting near. I don't think there is any chance of Tezos missing Q2 deadline.

We are almost to weeks left to end the Q2 and by the most probable beta launch happens in the very last day of the month. I still believe that they will launch it this Q2 in almost a year of waiting and if this becomes successful expect whats going to happen in Q3.

I think we will see a lot of ICOS on Tezos platform by the time mainnet is launched. Tezos has potential to become Eths solid competitor.

I think there are plenty of indications - Official announcement that betanet is Q2, final audit of the code, then another ann in June that betanet is coming, followed by identity verification process. Missing announced deadline is a big deal, I don't think Tezos will want to start off like that.
