I have the same questions: "man when u release token? when the project is ready? is it possible that a company with 256mln collected in the ICO has not a fking website? no an official telegram channel? no an updated twitter page? man me and other people are really disappointed of it. hope u do something to fix it"

I'm not a lawyer, but Arthur better be damned careful about the T2 foundation. I gave my "donation" to the TEZOS foundation with the expectation and the legal contract that Arthur would be handing over TEZOS to the foundation. Regardless of the problems between Arthur and Gevers, that contract still exist. Assuming that the TEZOS foundation is not fulfilling its' side of their contract, a court must determine that and release TEZOS from the contract.

Then marten says BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH even though he is not a lawyer and the fact he as not been paying attention to the whole CRYPTO SCENE..

The tezos community was expecting the money to go to developers  ..
Not back to them ..

Now like the red cross they never give anyone any blankets what so ever I.E GEVERS  .
People DONATED to the RED CROSS so other people could get the 25 BLANKETS  ..

No one give to the RED CROSS to do NOTHING like GEVERS does nothing..
Everyone donated to use the donations for developers YES just like BLANKETS but no one as got a bed sheet never mind a blanket not even a SHITTY PILLOW ..

Now with all this monies i expected the BEST hardware for tezos developers and pay the developers
the wages to build the ECO SYSYTEM but GEVERS employed an ACCOUNTANT  ..

ERR count that accountant   count what WELL NOTHING because i am GEVERS and i do nothing ..

T2  is the only foundation and ryan jespersen is the leader  ..
He is the boss of the new T2 FOUNDATION ..OH YES HE IS ..

No this is what is going on

In this case, it is more like this:
The Red CRoss advertizes you will receive something of value if you donate - everyone donates, then not only doesn't the Red Cross give you what they promised, they just ignore you - they don't even have the courtesy to tell you they are reneiging.

No matter how you cut it, if ico buyers don't end up with tokens this is the biggest scam crypto has ever seen.

After the establishment of new foundations, things are gettin warmer between that new foundation(T2) and Tezos team.
I think interesting days are not so far.

an good insight for those who invested below the minimum investment, I failed to check this thread as I still waiting for my refund, maybe if they continue this project better to give us tezos instead of refunding us still hoping that the project will continue as what the dev promise and deliver so investors will
be very happy in returned.
