Its just something a politician says to get votes... no way anything like that would ever become a reality. Still, kudos to him for trying to pull in the bitcoiner crowd in a way not really explored by other presidential candidates, even if he has a tiny chance of actually getting elected.

I suppose that is what they said about Trump. IIRC Trump's odds at the beginning of the election season in 2016 were 200:1. Long story short, anything could happen, and I'd rather have a pro-bitcoiner in office than an anti-bitcoiner.

I think the burden of proof is on you. you make a claim, you proof it, or at least explain it.


Ok let's see: habit.. mmh ok.  That that habit can go on forever is a claim (again).  


There are endless possibilities why that habit would not continue.
I'm dumb and don't know much about this stuff, so please take the following idea with a grain of salt. But one I could imagine:

if BRICS established a gold backed currency where you have to trust some country on holding the actual gold reserves in vaults, putting the Dollar on a more transparent Bitcoin standard would be an adequate response to keep the dominance as the world currency.
