Dood! That is EXACTLY what I was talking about before. Development 101! Test first, then TEST SOME MORE, then pay somebody to hack it for you (if necessary) and THEN release it... This would never have happened with a simple blocksize increase. Simple what now?

It just so happens I'm running out of crushed bull soul! By the looks of it, bears gonna have another crack at 8393 I was worried as soon as I saw about 10 pages back everyone is long. What always happens when everyone is one way? The opposite! OK anecdotal, and always? etc. But frequently no? after all these are heavily manipulated markets.

LN has not been "released". Some people decided to test it on mainnet with (little) money at their own risk. The procedure looks correct to me.

It's a perfectly legit centralized, permissioned ledger backed by Tethers that Bitfinex prints from thin air and then uses to purchase $112k worth every 10 minutes.

This would never have happened with a simple blocksize increase. I guess thats not the point. Ibian does not give a ratt's ass about the point, especially if the point involves any kind of meaningful bitcoin discussion because s/he/it has a one track agenda to proliferate nonsense by either bringing up bullshit off-topic racist and elitism distractions or to reiterate stupid-ass superficially unjustified BIG BLOCKER talking points.

Dood! That is EXACTLY what I was talking about before. Development 101! Test first, then TEST SOME MORE, then pay somebody to hack it for you (if necessary) and THEN release it... They HAVE NOT released it. Enthusiasts are modding testnet code and going rogue on mainnet, some devs are actually pretty bent about it. My sense is that everyone testing on mainnet knows it is a risky beta and is fine with losing the funds they are experimenting with.

JayJuanGee, it's time to eject the Jews from the airlock to solve this problem like any typical monster movie. We just need your go ahead.

Everyone apart from a few customers of the Blockstream Lightning-only merchandise store who haven't done their homework. But I suppose the store will have to reimburse them for any errors. https://www.coindesk.com/bitcoins-lightning-network-problem-people-already-using/Blockstream launched a Lightning-only merchandise store using its own Lightning implementation, c-lightning, and a Lightning main net explorer suggests more than $33,000 in bitcoin has been transacted via Lightning Networks.

Reading this thread becomes so much more efficient when you filter out the beehive of idiots. well, what a coincidence! (after I just posted) How to spot a retard: 1/ Proudly posts their long list of iggys (the longer the better = more retarded) 2/ Conveniently claims they are ignoring some of the recent posters (they secretly are not igging all the ppl they claim to be) 3/ Has a monkey for an avatar (goal setting is (usually?) good)

JayJuanGee, it's time to eject the Jews from the airlock to solve this problem like any typical monster movie. We just need your go ahead. Lookie Uie Rochie Poachie attempting to project himself/herself/itself as a part of some kind of broader and meaningful "royal we" movement, when the fact remains that s/he/it has difficulties getting permission to leave grandma's basement, even though grandma does allow the drinking of slurpies.
