Statistically in roulette the ball should land on black or red roughly 50% of the time.

Seeing that it was black 6 times in a row I went up to the table and bet on red. Twice. It ended up landing on black 9 times in a row. (yes I know past performance does not affect future outcomes in roulette).

The rest is correct though. Due to the gender imbalance in China, due to the one child policy, there are apparently gangs of angry young virgin men in the big cities. It's just one of China's up and coming social crises.

Most of the migrants are military age men, very few women or children. Which fits the theory. Didn't know about the chinese gangs, will look into that.
