The year is not yet over and Gox likely wants to sell the rest before Jan 1.

I will hold out all hope until 2019.

I will also pull my keys from the exchange.

I put my "boat money" on the exchange to cash out at a certain price but it never hit the target. It's still on the exchange waiting.

Will begin the process of taking them off before the 3rd because of how exchanges change things.

Gox has been done selling for months and has moved to an entirely different administrative process for the remaining funds the way I understand it.

I thought the last selling was done like six months ago to cover some contingencies. Main selling was carried from september 2017 to march 2018 to cover all fiat claims + all btc claims at the $450 initial valuation.

Once it had all the money they needed to cover all liabilities from the bankruptcy proceeding the court was asked for closing it and moving to a civil rehabilitation process that was approved (around the summer).

There is no justification for selling anything more. Just commence the distribution of the fiat and remaining BTC in a pro-rata basis to its creditors. It is expected to start after March 2019.

FUD. Even if they did, they will be absorbed. The support is following the price. Dummies keep moving their buy orders up hoping to catch a dip. No bounces on the way down might mean no dips on the way up. I would love that unlikely scenario very much.

Elwar scared me lol

After the distribution we will be able to finally close the Gox chapter for good after so many years. Will be another important milestone for bitcoin to leave the goxxing behind.

BTC sitting nicely above support, tendency to the upside > don't fomo tho, this is most likely only a mini rally as a correction for the lest down move, we are still in a bear market. but  short term is bullish IMO. Grin

Targets > 4000> 4300 where the next major resistance sits. break above

break above 4500 is a a one way ticket to 5500$

Exactly!!!!!  Those were similar to the images that I was thinking, and it seems that there was another pic with him smoking (or holding) a cigar, too.  I remember seeing how pale and pastey his hands looked - like really out of shape, and I felt that he needed to get some exercise, some sun, and perhaps some nutrition, and he also had posted some discussion about smoking "fine quality" cigars.

one more leg up to 3686 on Kraken

We don't use Kraken for price referrals.

You ever heard about Bitstamp?

Yes, busy with creating an account on bitstamp for diversification.
Currently using cryptowatch from kraken.

Just checked the price difference, there seems to be not that much of a difference.
Compared with bitfinex and binance, which seem to have larger arbitrage differences.

Good morning gentlemen, it’s a crisp, cold morning but the $3732 price warms my hopes up a little.
Lovely to wake up to an overnight pump!

Have a nice day & let’s cross our fingers for $4,000 soon.

My nocoiner friends were discussing BTC yesterday. Had to help them register at some exchanges and stuff. Bullish!  Cool
