Dont worry Bob hes not for real. Just a semi-creative alt from an ex sig campaigner.
But the fucking off part is apt advice.
He's obviously dig bicks, just another troll account that likes to come and play. I'm offended you would associate my name with Nigerian Trash.

I had to check the link to make sure this wasn't a joke. Linda Hamilton and the director of Deadpool ? It thought this was some kind of parodic trailer. Ok why not ? Even though I think they should have stopped after T3.

This is 3 days old, but if someone missed it I just caught a story that's worth a reading: a expert user (chief engineer at bitgo) describing his experience of being attacked with a sim port attack: https://medium.com/coinmonks/the-most-expensive-lesson-of-my-life-details-of-sim-port-hack-35de11517124Despite him not being a newbie he made imho the worst error a bitcoiner can do: he left his money on an exchanger. That can't end well. Also, fractional reserve banking (imho the blatant reason why no exchanger want to do audits ever) is harming bitcoin since 2013, and probably before, by artificially increasing the supply (or velocity or whatever is the right term). Never store your coins on an exchanger.

AT&T just made it possible to pay your phone bill with bitcoinhttps://www.engadget.com/2019/05/23/ATT-bitcoin-phone-bill-payments/"AT&T says it has become the first big US wireless carrier to accept cryptocurrency for online phone bill payments. Choose the BitPay option at MyAT&T and you can cover your bill with bitcoin instead of conventional funds. You can't use this in-store, alas, but it could make sense if you'd rather save old-school money for other purposes. Will this see a lot of use in the near future? Probably not. Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies still tend to be volatile, and they're still fighting for legitimacy in the public eye. It shouldn't hurt AT&T to experiment with the feature, however, and it might be helpful in the long run if and when digital currency becomes commonplace."

They think they're getting under our skin, in reality we just realize what a complete fucking idiot they are and wonder why they would waste their time on something so unproductive.
Spot on, unless you are a newbie. Newbies get confused with all this shittery. Meanwhile, somewhere in Bitcoinlandia:

Segwitcoiners are altcoiners - so what's the point? There is no Segwit in any Bitcoin Spec - it might be in Blockstream Specs, but the coin needs rebranding cause altered and disfunctional - except for ponzi plans. You are a diptwat, hv_. Do you remember that segwit was passed by overwhelming consensus in August 2017 - along with locking in and implementation that was part of the process. Get over your stupidness, if you can. Segwit has become a part of bitcoin through overwhelming consensus, and since August 2017 there has been reliance upon segwit being part of bitcoin, so bitcoin's development has gone forward with that assumption. There are still options to use bitcoin without segwit, if that is what you want to do, and apparently some people do seem to want to purposefully avoid segwit; however, it is likely that some day segwit will become so overwhelmingly pervasive that there will be very few people who are still avoiding or boycotting any of its use.... We also know that there exists a considerable section of bitcoin's user-base that is likely to continue to grow that have no fucking idea what they are using, and they could give two shits about what they are using, so long as what they are using serves their purpose(s).

There are days when 10 or 15 pages do not contribute much, but there are also days when there is interesting information. It is not much effort, it calms me to read back pages of the WO thread with a beer, after work or in the morning having a coffee.

Backtest your emotions. We've seen five of these blowoff tops. Factor the next one in before it gobsmacks you.
That's some OG sense. my problem seems to be not to recognize the blowoff tops correctly. 2013 bull move exploded from $120 to $1200 in one month. doubled within a day at the end. 2017 top went there much slower. when it was around $20k I expected a blowoff to $30k or $50k. I was monitoring BETI and it did not work for me. maybe the blowoff momentum went into shitcoins in dec 2017. i missed it completely, was shell shocked and only able to unload 1/3 of stash around $8.5k. I know what will happen next time around: in an attempt to not be late again I will sell at $50k and then price will paint a blowoff to $100k or $150k Maybe this hat will help you to recognize blowoff tops 1 - that's a 600W bulb btw. Avatar-sized 1 Void where prohibited by law.

"Fake cryptocurrency apps appear on Google Play"New fake cryptocurrency apps crop up on Google Play as bitcoin prices rise, ESET researchers have found. Two fake cryptocurrency apps—"Trezor Mobile Wallet” and “Coin Wallet – Bitcoin, Ripple, Ethereum, Tether” app—have been spotted on the Google Play store. According to ESET researchers, there was an “overlap in code and interface” of the two apps. The apps have since been removed from the store. https://www.theblockcrypto.com/tiny/fake-cryptocurrency-apps-appear-on-google-play/

Dear mic,
As a WO friend to a friend... You don't want to be caught up in DT1 drama. It's a bastion of shit.
Just people shitting on each other so they can do what exactly? Wave a magic wand and allow other people to prop up or shit on other people? My one non-DT friend I brought on board to DT got:
1. excluded by DT 2. banned for plagiarism
While it may just be coincidental and non-related, just don't rush it. If you're meant for it, it will be. I have faith in the system. But still, its no fun.
Sincerely,
Uncle Nutildah

I still don't get all that crap and never will. When I look at the subforum infested with it it's like they're speaking a different language on a different planet in a different dimension. What's at stake there? What is all that trust shit for? What do they hope to achieve? What are they selling to each other? Hate mail, turds in boxes and PIs to go through each other's trash? Doesn't everyone have better things to do?
