Thousands of cars lined up to collect food in Dallas, Texas, over the weekend, stretching as far as the eye can see.

Poor Americans are forced using their cars (on credit) to stand in a food line for hours and the crazy thing is they actually believe they live in the best country in the world.

Reminds me of the gas lines in the 1970's. Sad, but this is what we call a "Republican" state. Kind of like the eurotrash you find in some countries in Europe.

What do you mean by "eurotrash"

they are the equivlant  of America's "poor white trash"

millions of both groups and used by rich bastards  to make the rich richer.

Breadlines.  Does anyone with eyes and a functional brain still doubt my equation of the US with the USSR?

But of course, being Americans, they must stand in their breadlines in their automobiles.  Roll Eyes

...the crazy thing is they actually believe they live in the best country in the world.

Stereotypical American doublethink.  Just as they are the “freest” country with the very worst high-tech mass-surveillance (though Red China is now competing)—onerous laws—rampant corruption in their executive, legislature, and judiciary—a Kafkaesque tax system that is also used to target political dissidents with its convoluted, inscrutable, and ultimately arbitrary rules, an historical precedent for banning and seizing sound money—“civil asset forfeiture” that is essentially a government licence to steal anybody’s property on a whim—“freedom of speech” that is restrained within invisible lines on pain of being fired from one’s job, attacked by Antifas or other Communists as the police fail to provide adequate protection, illegally harassed by the police, attacked with frivolous litigation that can bankrupt the defendant even if it is ultimately quashed, and otherwise reduced to the status of the homeless bum speaking freely to passers-by—decades-old world leadership in the War on Crypto—a culture of spite and jealousy that demands not mere conformity, but conformity to the lowest common denominator—a system of public “schools” that irreparably pickle the minds of the young so that they can never think, and meanwhile trains them to spy on their own familiesde facto dictatorship of the Federal Reserve—and worst of all, a global campaign of state-level terrorism and aggressive warfare by which the American world-police force other people into Americanized political, legal, economic, and “cultural” systems, to “make the world safe for democracy”.

America is an abomination, the very worst “evil empire” in all of recorded or recoverable history.

This is happening quite fast. It is a bit concerning or is that just me? Embarrassed

Why should we be worried if the price goes up? Well we are just at the beginning of the after halving cycle and most of us were expecting it. Institutions are buying, the price is going up, small and smart investors are profiting - so I guess we deserve something good after all the bad things this year.

only 16% left for a new ATH

Before you open the first door on your advent calendar Cheesy

I've already finished one advent calendar this year.  I'm a bit of an overachiever in that regard.

Honestly guys I wouldn't normally make fun of these tiny little inconsequential groups of people, in this case the Dutch gov/central bank, not understanding tf how bitcoin works, but when it takes the good guy from Microsoft to tell you how to bitcoin, well, it's quite amusing.

https://mobile.twitter.com/csuwildcat/status/1328677058449268737

Bitcoin is a bearer asset.  It is a bearer asset by the nature of its design.
The god of Bitcoin commands, you shall keep safe your private keys.  An ye lose your private keys, the god of Bitcoin shall curse ye.  An ye let your private keys be stolen, the god of Bitcoin shall bless the thief and curse ye.
—“Not your keys, not your coins.”—

All “KYC/AML” nonsense, including the tracking of the source and destination of funds, attempts to change Bitcoin from a bearer asset into an identity-based asset.

The only way to achieve that is to universally enforce “KYC” via miner blacklisting and transaction censorship, and to make some way to rollback transactions (in the manner of an “irregular state change”) which, to my knowledge, has not been seriously proposed for Bitcoin.

In which other country can poor people line up at a food bank while sitting in an air-conditioned, luxury vehicle, listening to music on a factory-installed, 200+ W, 6 speaker, sound system surfing the internet on their iPhone 11 max pro??  It doesnt get any better than this; not even close.  This makes 'Best country in the world' seem like a gross understatement.

Imagine those who sold at $4k and never bought back... A few months later, we are now 430% of that value... Man, that's got to hurt.

If anything, Bitcoin has taught me the following:

1. Math & science are always right. Use them to understand what you invest on.
2. Be patient. Consider that banks give you 0.5% per year interest (soon negative).
3. When in doubt, zoom out and refer to (1).
4. The earth may seem flat when you're on it, but it's really spherical. Apply (3).
5. A dip only delays the inevitable rise. Don't be scared of it. BTFD!
6. Day trading is used to transfer coins from the impatient to the patient (2).
7. Warren Buffett was right when he said that you should make money when you sleep.
8. HoDLing is the best strategy to achieve (7).
9. A green dildo is better than a rusty pipe (or mind). #nohomo

All meaningless consumer gadgets, bought with debt-slavery to the banks.  Those “poor people” are worse off than an honest peasant freeman of the past:  All that junk is provided by car loans, credit cards, and, if they are so lucky as to “own” rent from the bank a home, home loans, too.

They are born slaves, slaves from cradle to grave.  Meanwhile, they have no heirs in any meaningful sense.  No posterity.

It doesnt get any better than this; not even close.  This makes 'Best country in the world' seem like a gross understatement.

Americans stereotypically have a total lack of perspective which is both tragic, and unintentionally comical.

Quote from: Johann Wolfgang von Goethe
None are more hopelessly enslaved than those who falsely believe they are free.

The battle for 20K continues

Disagree it is not a battle.

Much like the tides or the rising and setting of the sun it just happens time and time again.

20k is a certainty.

25k-30k will be correction time.

with a strong, powerful, bigly rebound close to 78k late 2021.

Prepare for this!!
