You'd think they'd issue a public statement by now. Like they did with the CoinLab deal affaire. Or with this new US Homeland Security / Dwolla "problem". Yeah right. Hello,
We understand that the delay has been unacceptable. We have reached the daily limit for withdrawal that was imposed on us by our bank and all withdrawals are now being queued for processing and all will be processed according to the daily queue and we will keep you updated once processed and we apologize for the inconvenience.
If you wish you can cancel the withdrawal and may request the withdrawal through International transfer which will be processed within a week. Is there a URL link to this?

2013-04-12: 1000 EUR 2013-04-15: 1000 EUR 2013-04-17: 1000 EUR 2013-04-18: 1000 EUR 2013-04-19: 1000 EUR 2013-04-22: 1000 EUR 2013-04-23: 1000 EUR 2013-04-24: 1000 EUR 2013-04-25: 1000 EUR 2013-04-28: 1000 EUR I have not received anything. I cannot tell you the exact time but for most of the customers it takes one month
The account has "Trusted" status now and I would like to withdraw more but dare not for fear of not getting the money in a very long time. I want them to make clear that they will return the trading fees if I change back the EUR to bitcoin to get them out to another exchange that can make bank transactions. I have asked them twice but they ignore the question.

It doesn't look good at all. This is really a big warning. Delaying payments 10-20 days is unacceptable for the biggest and oldest bitcoin exchange....

Wouldn't you you just buy coins and move them somewhere safer? People have already suggested alternative exchanges which actually work.

People have already suggested alternative exchanges which actually work. very very few exchanges offer SEPA at reasonable rates (see also: demise of intersango, btcentral, btc24). now they also stopped €-vouchers. I used to be able to sell my €-vouchers, but alas! no more.

Actually the spread is like 4 USD currently. And no, they don't have EUR orderbook, euros are converted to USD when depositing. You'd better try yourself. It's a reasonably good exchange.

i was lucky to get 1 batch of 1k euro 1 day before the dwolla issue, it was 'confirmed' for 36 days but is now 'processed'.
now i'm afraid all my batches still pending won't come through even moreso because of the dwolla issue. they are 'confirmed' for 36 days now..
i believe MtGox works somewhat like a Pyramid Scheme, so I'm really hoping some more losers keep sending funds to MtGox so i get my money

That's what their initial bank asks for. The money goes throught several banks before arriving on your account and each bank takes a commission.

I believe MtGox works somewhat like a Pyramid Scheme, so I'm really hoping some more losers keep sending funds to MtGox so i get my money It certainly looks that way, you'd think that if banks have a limit on the amount of funds they can send per day they'd open accounts with other banks.
