Hi! I sent BTC directly from my Trezor, to purchase XFCCOIN. I received a receipt from the Tokenly Bot that the swap was complete . The coins were sent to recipient's address (Trezor) . How can I view them and transfer them to another wallet? Help
If you used other BTC wallet than a counterparty compatible wallet you must import your private key from that wallet in a counterparty (footballcoin) wallet to be able to see your assets (xfccoin/player/stadium cards etc.) So open a counterparty/footballcoin wallet and keep safe your 12 words passphrase; After that follow the next instruction: https://counterpartytalk.org/t/how-to-use-private-key-to-import-btc-funds-from-external-address-to-counterwallet-address/1225Let me know if you were successful antunes. The counterwallet sweep function doesn't work for me. I paid for this coin using my Trezor. So I contacted the Trezor support team and this is their answer: "Hello Josefina, thank you for contacting our support. Long story short - nowhere. Your private keys are being derived from recovery seed which works as a security backup. Private keys are by default stored in the device and cannot be extracted. That's basically one of the main security features of TREZOR. Anything else I can help you with? Best regards, Vojtech Customer Support SatoshiLabs CoinMap | Slush Pool | TREZOR" I wrote them back explaining in detail the situation and I am waiting for an answer.

New e-mail from the Trezor just came in: Hello Josefina, Here is Ben from SatoshiLabs team. TREZOR supports Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Namecoin, Testnet, Dash, ETH/ETC (ERC-20 tokens as well) and ZCash. Our TREZOR Wallet (wallet.trezor.io) supports directly Bitcoin, Litecoin (in beta-wallet.trezor.io) Dash and ZCash; others can be supported through third-party wallets (like MyEtherWallet for ETH/ETC as an example). There are no integrated wallets with our product for Dogecoin and Namecoin at the moment, they are only supported by the firmware. The article about the new firmware that enable the support for ERC-20 tokens can be found here - https://blog.trezor.io/trezor-firmware-updated-to-1-5-0-7a402d3e9f89You can find all supported ERC20 tokens here: https://github.com/trezor/trezor-mcu/blob/master/firmware/ethereum_tokens.cHow to manage your tokens can be found here: https://www.reddit.com/r/TREZOR/comments/68rq9i/storing_gnt_using_trezor/Best regards, Ben Customer Support SatoshiLabs CoinMap | Slush Pool | TREZOR

This may have been asked but since there isnt an all button and I do not want to sift 61 pages....will the unsold tokens or coins get burned? Or are they dispersed in some other way? Thanks in advance for the reply!

The tokens will not be burnt. Our strategy is long term and aims to reach 5 mil. active users in the game in 3 years time. We will need the tokens for that number of active players. The tokens will be release based on the evolution of the number of active players.

In case your TREZOR is not available you can still recover your bitcoins using your recovery seed and a compatible wallet like Mycelium or Electrum.

Why has increased by 40 million?
Nothing was increased. We have 150 mil. XFCCOIN as a max. amount to be distributed during ICO. We are still far from selling all out but the way it looks lately we may get there.

Alright, let me make it clear... I do not have big trust to this project any more..
First of all, I have submitted the bounty report previously and it was not even added to the google file. What's wrong with that ?
MAINLY:
I did make a small investment, as a try of 0.013 btc and received 1000 xfc. It is mentioned on the website 0.012 btc = 1000 xfc, so thus for my investment I had to receive 1083 xfc... [ 2 emails to support and within 2 weeks no answer. I hope at least they can answer me here, the support side is very weak.. no more investments come to this project from my side. As no explanation was heard

My apologies. There may have been an oversight, but we are determined to resolve this, as well as any other technical issues any users might have. I understand it can be frustrating when trying to resolve an issue like this. In truth, the volume of work for the FootballCoin staff has been huge, but we are organizing things so that all issues are quickly resolved. Allow us a short time to look into the specifics of your issue and we will get back to you with an answer and make sure it is resolved swiftly. Thank you!
