Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

I'll consider any offers if someone wants to sell up to two fully assembled/tested units from Batch 5 or less.  PM me and we can sort out the details.

I'm curious to know what sort of price you would expect to pay. A quick calculation using today's difficulty and btc price shows a 9ghash hosted miner should generate around 0.21 btc per day, which equals about $22. I know that btc per day will only go down but I'd have to be mad to give that up at the moment,  and what happens if btc $ price goes up substantially...

I have not seen an e-mail yet -- not complaining just ensuring I'm not behind. Anyone else get it?

I have batch 3, 4 & 5 orders.

I have received no email either, and I'm in Batch #1, so I wouldn't worry too much (unless we were both missed).

Batch 2, no emails yet. So I guess that covers batch 1-5. No worries, you are not alone  Cheesy

Has a thread been created yet on the most efficient way stack/case these up?

I have 4 K16's and would like to house them into 2 units.

The email system is currently being tested. If you did not receive a test email, please check your spam folder and email asicbuy[at]gmail[dot]com with the subject "failed to receive test email"

There were a few of you who received more than 1 test email. This has been fixed.

Update:

The payment gateway is currently in the final testing phase, and should be up by tomorrow at the latest, and likely by tonight. An email will be sent notifying those who have previously purchased chips when the system is live.

It is recommended for those who receive this message to keep the website release private to reduce the excess server load caused by curious onlookers during the initial opening. Once the server has proven it can handle the load this information will be made public. This is a preventative measure. While we do not expect there to be any problems, we will not know for sure until the server has received it's baptism by fire.

Steamboat: I have a question about the payment order queue and future changes to our order.  For right now, I'm planning on ordering JUST board assembly at $95 ea, since that is what I can afford.  If I decide later on to change my order to fully assembled boards, will I lose my place in the assembly queue?

steamboat: I'm going to have my machines hosted with you.  I understand you will be charging an initial setup fee to those having their machines hosted so will this be included in the amount we pay now for assembly, or will you charge this to us later?
