Hmm, wonder if the 400PH miner (ypgmc) w/no block to-date are running Ebang E10's? ref https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=789369.msg41681753#msg41681753 for one pool operators opinion of the E10's. For comparison, a nearly equally large miner (bf-canada) that also started in late 2017 has found 651 blocks per the Acclaim Stats page...

What is most disturbing is that said miner is being paid a very large percentage of every block reward and it yet seems that to-date they have not done any valid work. Doesn't matter how bad their luck is, given their size if the miner farm was running correctly statistically they would have several hundred blocks under their belt by now.

So far they have found zero blocks and yet the Slush operators don't care? Personalty I'd boot them until the situation is corrected! Kano had to ban Nicehash users when a similar situation was found with its work results.

Guys, it is clearly stated that it is a Peak Hash Rate. It says absolutely nothing about the amout of work contributed by that user.

...We believe that we are the most transparent pool around with the huge amount of data we are publishing....

...It says absolutely nothing about the amout of work contributed by that user.

So all that huge amount of data is worthless in that case?

I asked you directly for some explanation, since it is now the 2nd time that such fears are circulating in the forum.
But you decided to not answer the question and show some worried user that there is no statistical deviation.
Or to say if and what checks you are doing to avoid the szenario.
That's what I would have hoped for from a truly transparent pool

I don't mine much here  but  it is easy to show  the 400ph miner's stats  and luck.

Here is a very simple idea for you  show the top miners luck.  your pool has 4500ph correct?

so 45 ph is 1 percent of that

So why not pay a coder to show  a page of the top miners 1% of the pool or more and their luck.

The 1%  could be adjusted if need be.

I sure kano  would code that for you  toss him some bitcoin and he could write the stat page for you in a heartbeat  right kano?

Be sure to read the fine print below

bolded is a joke, but kano would do a good job for you

As a Slushpool user with 762TH, this is very concerning to me and the responses given by Slush does not address this concern at all.

hello

IT LOOKS LIKE SLUSH IS STEALING OUR HASHRATES

1 hour ago I found a really stupid and strange issue with slushpool! which never has happened before!
the dashboard is showing wrong information! my scoring hash rate is 30th while my effective hashrate at the same time is 220th! every rhing is working correctly and all workesr are good! slush shows the correct effective hash rate but it calculates the wrong scoring hashrate!!!

also slush is unable to calculate my recent block rewards and it is still showing the "processing" state!

another problem is the recent hashrate chart at the bottom of the page! it is showing the wrong time! while my time here is around 12:30 pm, the chart is showing 22:30pm! WTF!!!

slushpool support is not answering! after 3 hours of making "urgent" tickets and contacting them, they are not answering! totally trash support from slushpool!

any help ?!

Here is proof: https://ibb.co/dYg7mo

I have also sent you message through your website, but no reply.

Slushpool did contact me about 10 hours later and they have adjusted the block I got shorted on to reflect the correct scoring hash rate.

I used to mine here and I got tired of never getting any answers to issues like this.  I finally switched to another pool where the op is very active online and transparent.  It was refreshing to say the least...and then I realized I was getting more for my hash rate on top of everything else.

Just like many other miners that contacted us regarding this issue via our only official support channel: https://support.slushpool.com/

We recalculated the shares and the rewards accordingly.
