Hello there What payment method is used on Slush? PPS+ PPLNS FPPS ? Hello, we use Score reward system, which is pretty close to the PPLNS. There are some differences tho, please read this for a better understanding: https://slushpool.com/help/manual/rewards

Hi there,
Had this same problem with my last s9, just wouldn't connect.. changed stratum and it connected fine. 6 on same stratum no problem but #7 wouldn't connect.
In fact slash has 5 stratum pools for various regions. I have chose one of them (EU) as the main one and two others (US-EAST and SG) as the secondary pools to prevent from failover issue. So far so good.

I noticed that my miners have been going from "Low" to "OK" very frequently recently. I wonder if there is some issue with Slush's east coast stratum server. Anyone opened a support ticket with them yet?

They're sad your selling of their buddies, it has them feeling low hahahahah... I know eh, their older brothers are being retired. I think some of those poor miners will just be scrapped. Nobody wants to buy them.

This is getting rather annoying. Miners go from low to OK in the space of a few minutes. I guess I'll try send them a support e-mail too than.

The start times for the light and back. There are several reasons which might explain that. The first thing that comes to mind is fucking DDOS attack. The other could be the lack of server capacity to accommodate all miners involved.

Slush support guy says that they are not aware of any issues on their end: Hello,
unfortunately we don't have any US server issues reported. I can see in our database that your hash rate drops last only for a short period of time and your scoring hash rate is stable , therefore it has no effect on your rewards (thanks to our moving-average based reward system).
However, there might be some internet connection issues which cause these problems. There are not many similar issues from our customers, however, they show from time to time and usually it is caused by worse internet connection or some error in the miner.
You can lower your alert limit to avoid these notifications or you can also try co connect the problematic miners to another server to see if there is any change. I guess I'll have to try using their main stratum.slushpool.com address and see if the same thing happens.

Sometimes disruptions go from DNS servers. I've gotten over it too many times And all I did was the replacement of the pool URL with its IP address. Try the same. May help.

It's very annoying. Woke up to a ton of alert emails this morning. The URL I'm using is: stratum+tcp://us-east.stratum.slushpool.com:3333 Obviously this is affecting a number of us. Either they're wrong and there is a problem on their end, or maybe some sort of general routing problem between us and them.

Ok, thanks for the feedback. I just let their support tech know that others having the same issue. I asked him if he needs some traceroute copy and paste txt so if he says yes maybe it would help if you send one as well.
