Yes, add more hashing power  Wink Cheesy

He's exactly right though, if you want to keep up, you have to add more hash.

Unfortunately so - at least if you want to maintain the same average take home earnings. I was hoping this slump in price would squeeze out some hashing power but noooooo everyone has to add moooore. By everyone I mean the mega miners who don't really care about such pitiful mortal problems such as operating expenses.

Where do you think all of those "brand new" s9's are going...to storage?

lol yeah I know I know. Bitmain is the scourge of crypto. If they could replace you with an ASIC they would! rofl.

That looks to be about right for slushpool, with the pool's higher hash rate, you don't make nearly as much as before.

You should be getting approximately 0.00007 BTC/TH, so the estimation is roughly correct. However the daily rewards fluctuate a bit because of luck (number of blocks found per day differ). It averages out over the time so there's nothing to worry about. You can watch the luck stats here: https://slushpool.com/stats/?c=btc

I guess you were looking on hashrate distribution chart like this? https://blockchain.info/pools?timespan=24hours

Those only estimate hashrate based on the number of blocks found, meaning they are very imprecise in such short period because of the variance – luck.

On the contrary the hashrate reported by Slush Pool is precisely measured in real time.

Hello, we currently don't run Tor hidden service, neither we support mining via Tor network. It's possible that you can get it running somehow, however we cannot guarantee you anything. Another option could be mining via VPN.

Why that vs. VPN?

What are you trying to accomplish?

I heard, do not know if correct, that you need to put a password in your miner config, can be any password, passwords do not get checked, but it needs "something" in there.  Again, I simply read about that in some troubleshooting stuff half a year ago...so might not be correct, but wouldn't hurt to try it.
