sorry i'm newbie here and have small question , how much dollar can i get if my rank jr member from this airdrop? $0 and you can't even apply at that level it's not an airdrop; it's a signature campaign, and it's one of the tougher ones to get into. when you apply, you'll see that well over 50% of accounts get rejected.

Make passive income here.. don't let the name fool you, do your own research and find out for yourself. it's called exitscam, but it's actually legit. Looks similar to a ponzi, but it's not. And it's perfectly legal, not a registered security, as the "dividends" are payouts, not actual dividends. Check it out at http://exitscam.me/luminium

This thread is growing so rapidly! Last time I checked it was on page 1498 and now we are close to hitting page 1520. This shows that DeepOnion is growing stronger by the day.

Encrypted wallet versus private key. I think both are important; what's the main difference between these two?
If I have only the private key then I won't need the passphrase used to encrypt the wallet?
Private key is your "EVERYTHING" you dont need a wallet.dat if you have private key But if someone gets your private key , they can access your onions readily. Similarly, unencrypted wallet.dat is your EVERYTHING.. if someone gets your wallet.dat they can get all of your onions Wallet passphrase to encrypt wallet so that if someone gets your wallet.dat, they will have to know your passphrase to unencrypt your wallet.dat before getting your onions

This coin never stops giving with its surprises. The DeepVault feature is amazing and I must say that this is just the beginning of what this coin is capable of. With all those around for a while, would agree that not only this coin has amazing airdrop/team/support but it has provided to be best when it comes to new innovation. With the DeepVault innovation, it is bound to reach the masses and bring in a positive change with document/file authenticity.
Keep up the good work DeepOnion team.

Perhaps someone can tell me why I'm not receiving the confirmation email to the deeponion community forum.
Thank you
Yes that happened to me also. I didn't receive it on my lycos mail and when i asked someone told me that you need a well known email company to receive them. I tried yahoo but it didn't come through also but than i got it when i tried using my gmail account. So maybe try gmail and you should get it.

I recommend signing up on the official forum using a Gmail address to avoid issues.

Anyone knows where to find free pictures online to use in order to promote DeepOnion? I know I can search but if there is a good source of free to reuse pictures without having to pay royalties or give references, it would be great!
There are many sites that have free stock photos. Selection there is much smaller than on big sites with paid subscription like shutterstock and similar, but you can find some very nice images. You can google "free stock photos" and you will find a lot of sites that host free photos. You have a selection of that sites in link bellow: https://blog.snappa.com/free-stock-photos/

encrypted wallet means you have the wallet file which is encrypted. to use the wallet to send onions, you should provide password. private key is the key used to recover your wallet. it's just a very long string code. print it or store it somewhere. when your wallet file got corrupted or harddisk gone damaged, you can always recover your wallet using private key.

I always first backup data from user/appdata/roming/deeponion and then overwrite old deeponion qt exe with new one. Done few times in past but didnt put last wallet because is not mandatory.

Maybe this time next year, we have 15,000 pages, and everything is possible, together! Who knows, the rules of the airdrop campaign by the devs are really effective. Just 2 months we already have 1,500+ pages and the 15,000 pages is achievable. Member registration has been exponential. Congrstulations to the dev and the community. The team is excellent in marketing. Look how strong our community is now and it is still growing! This thread will become the hugest thread in bitcointalk. Now it is just the beginning. Our beloved Onion is still a baby.

When are we going to see DeepOnion news from the mainstream media? or from the main crypto media networks? perhaps there are already some of them but I have not seen them yet!
You can get the information from the roadmap. The dev team is going to hire a public hero to speak for Onion in 2018 Q1. The mainstream media is scheduled to be in 2018 Q2. Be patient. DeepOnion will become huge success.
