My IP got limited yesterday and even VPN doesn't work. Is there any problems loading stake? I can see posts on Stake forum but website and mirror links don't work at all.

This has started after the DoSS attacks has been mitigated... so I believe Stake.com implemented something to block people from a broad IP range that are linked to the origin of these attacks to mitigate the risk.

Unfortunately there are some innocent victims of a strategy like this, because people that were not responsible for these attacks ..gets blocked or limited too. So even if you do not use a VPN, you might be unlucky that your IP address might fall within the range of IP's that are blocked or restricted.

You're from Indonesia.

Our country is not on the blacklisted country on stake, however "Indonesia" internet provider is blocking stake with domain .com & .games. If you want to check which site is getting block by your country, just open a mirror link and see the status site (Green or Red).

The red one is the site getting blocked. Why you need VPN, while our country is not getting restricted by stake? even your provider internet blocking the site you can easily visiting stake with other domain.

As its notification "your IP is temporary limited", it means that it has nothing to do with our internet provider. If it is blocked by the provider, then we will have different notification message/warning or we cant even open it.

I have never experienced when using mirror site but if I use a VPN yes this warning appears so I assume that stake detects us using a VPN
Or in this case the IP has been used by another user the possibility of using the same VPN service.

Does Stake comment on their partnerships with less known individuals like youtubers?  I figure they had to plunk down a serious amount of change to get Stevewilldoit on the team, but I haven't seen any sort of promotion from their end about the deal.  I would assume they'd have to pay more to get a guy with an audience like Stevewilldoit then they did for some of their fighters that they heavily promoted the partnership.  I wonder if they figure the promo should only go one way, or that they aren't particularly proud of that partnership, or if there is even a partnership at all.  Maybe Stevewilldoit is just a fan of the service.  I'm curious though.

The moment Stake managed to get Drake (honestly, didn't realize that rhymes literally until now) nothing becomes any more shocking to me anymore. It just feels like they have reached a whole new level where its just them and nobody else there anymore, newcomer websites are still great, they are totally deserving of love, I use a few places (as it is obvious) but Stake is not only a good website, but they are reaching to everyone, if they got drake, it's not a shock that they got a streamer as well, I am sure he is a great streamer and loved by his community and all but we are talking about Drake here, he is an objectively bigger name and yet they still got him, so nobody else in the world would be a shock to me unless they get Biden to gamble at stake and Instagram it lol

Stake has being doing a great work at marketing themselves, they had a solid base as their casino is great, however I think the fact they could get Drake on board showed how powerful Stake is as a casino and how high they are aiming to get, this is not about becoming one of the best casinos in this market, it seems they are aiming for the very top and want to get up there with the fiat casinos, something that does not seem unlikely at all if we take into account their impressive growth.

The issue is that, if your IP is blocked, then it becomes a challenge to keep it going for all the other people as well who uses VPN for it. I mean think about it, if you are usinv VPN to join a website and then you end up with getting "banned", then you try with another IP, that is a dangerous thing. Withdraw your money and leave if you are not wanted. Sure Indonesia may not be blocked as a whole, if ISP blocks it, or if there are other reasons, why force yourself to get in?

It could end up with something terrible, why not just pick a place that would accept you with open arms? Wouldn’t that make more sense? At least to me that makes more sense.

Let's say, he used IP are got marked by stake because some shady activity or the IP has been blocked. Due the account is using that IP and he using the original IP, the original IP without VPN is getting blocked too because the account has been market with shady activity IP.

Let's say, he used IP are got marked by stake because some shady activity or the IP has been blocked. Due the account is using that IP and he using the original IP, the original IP without VPN is getting blocked too because the account has been market with shady activity IP.

from this explanation, yes, I admit that this problem came when I played the original games especially Dice
when I run out of balance and leave $1-2 in my account then I'll play it on Dice to collect wager weekly and monthly
It never shows up when I play games from third parties.

Stake usually detects IP or IP activity so when you change the IP then everything will back to normal it depends on how you do it
Reset network/disconnect/airplane mode is ok I've tried it but when we repeat the same activity it will be detected again
clean cookie & cache not sure it works because it doesn't change IP otherwise a new problem will arise due to losing all saved passwords

Have risk or not when using different IP log in trough access on Stake casino gambling, I am not stay at home always and some time opening Stake website on different IP address but still with the same mobile phone. I worry because ever found with several acvount cases banned maybe they have log in with different IP address, but I access to my acvount without use VPN, just change internet kinds only on my home and my office work place.

It is definitely not something that will be done in a single day. But it is also not something that should be discussed here neither. I believe that it should be something that stays here and doesn't change for a long time. We will eventually get a good response and a result from this situation but we shouldn't be talking about it non-stop here. What do we gain about talking about it here? Nothing, it doesn't make the situation get solved faster just to be here neither.

I understand that everyone is waiting for it to be solved but not like Stake will turn out to be a bad company suddenly, we know they are great, there is just a situation and it will be solved one way or another.

As I said, I used the mirror site so there is no reason for me to use VPN. Basically similar to the previous user who started this discussion where he is not using VPN too. I got it few times last year but I'm not experiencing it again this year, maybe because I do not play much. Anyway it is not a big issue as it seems that it does not affect many users.

I haven't even played any game but the warning appeared but I realized that I used the IP from a prohibited country so it is clear that IP is also one of the causes
After I used  IP from other countries I did not find any more problems, I know this activity is at risk of being suspected but sometimes I want to play other games that are not available in my country. Regarding the mirror site is there no game restriction here even though I use  IP from a prohibited country?

IP limited error again, each 30 minutes black screen appears on both mobile and PC, both networks are different. Weird, looks like Stake aggressively blocking innocent user's IP addresses to protect website after DDOS attacks. Looks like DDOS attack has costed more than expected for Stake devs so they limited all possible threats even for the average users who use API calls everyday. Something is wrong at the end of Stake servers, now we need additional verification for getting second API request.
