I am asking this just to see the different opinions of Bitcoin community about its long term potential

I know Bitcoin is actually strong enough and stable as well

But what do you think about it after 100 years ?

We cannot even tell how long will bitcoin will survive one thing is for sure if it reaches 100 years all of might be dead already that time. So let us just enjoy the benefits that we are earning in investing in bitcoin.

Nobody can predict the future, but in my opinion bitcoin will still exist, but I also think it won't be the number one cryptocurrency anymore.

100 years is so much to predict the existence of btc. Maybe btc no more.
If we looked back the technology for the past 100 years there are already huge changes some of the product that they considered as elite products were gone already.
Money changes as well its appearance and value. There are currency which demonetized and lose its existence. Some are just sold in the antique stores.

BTC in 100 years could be a story that the next generations will tell to their youngsters. I believe new era of technology will sprout and made the current technology obsolete and forgotten.

100 years later? Now the smartest people in the world may not be able to predict 10 years later. Not to mention 100 years. The presence of bitcoins depends on the development of technology. With the progress of science, everything is unknown. I look forward to the coming. But now, I support digital money!

100 years is too much for me! Maybe during that time we have another type of currency who replaced bitcoin. Human kind never stop discovering new things in this planet.

I also hope that BTC will survive 100 years later. I will not be unemployed until I die. and I hope that I will earn $ 1,000,000 with BTC  Grin

If the BTC existed after 100 years, I think its price would be $ 100k. and from now on I will hold the BTC

To be honest, 100 years is a lot of time.

A lot of currencies have survived amongst times, but BTC, as the first one that really exploded in conjunction with the always decreasing time that things are taking to evolve, it will not take 100 years so that another coin or even an alternative transaction method comes up and reigns.

I think bitcoin will not last more than 100 years. Bitcoin is digital money, it's value is unstable. In recent times, bitcoin is constantly unstable, it's price is down. I think it's price will drop sharply in a while.

Even if it survives, it will be completely different from the present system. The world after the revolution by quantum computers.
