Hello Devs I need Help.

I just took the dive and purchased the Advanced version.  I have choosen the high\low indicator.  I am noticing that the price has hit my buy price but the bot is not buying.  Is there a way for the bot to place a limit buy order at the low price i want?  it seems like it is looking to buy at the ask price which is much, much higher.  I rather have the bot place a limit buy order in the bid listing at a certain price and then wait for the selling to hit that price.  Can the bot do this?  and it so, How?

I hope this helps. So far my first opinions of the bot are not that great. It can work and has made some profitable trades. But nothing I couldn't do manually. Especially since I have to intervene with the bot and fix it frequently to get it back on track. For now, maybe your btc is better off not spent on this bot until Haas can provide a more reliable product. Certainly not worth the investment yet, but seem like it is headed in the right direction. Put simple, if you are not a stock broker (I am not) this is like learning a foreign language..

Thanks for that info VegasMiner.  Can I ask where you got this information from?  It sounds like you have a beginner license yourself?

Still not sure exactly who to believe however. So far I have:
Safeties: 3, 5 or 7
Indicators: 10 or 13
Insurances: 6 or 7

Do we have any more bidders?... Aaaaany more bidders?...

With regard to your issues with the bot, please don't take offense at this question, but do you think it's the software at fault (ie; bugs) or the complexity of programming of it?   ie; is it failing to do what you programmed it to do or is it just very complicated to programme?

This comes from the beginner licence. My cousin bought it and had no idea what he was doing so I took it over to tinker with. Those are the exact options I have available to me. If you want, PM me and I can send you some screen shots.

He guys, after some time now i decided to give this bot another chance. I m trading altcoins. So when i tried to trade XC on Cryptsy the sell went through but it keeps getting timed out when trying to buy. I m quite disappointed. I searched for this issue in this thread and saw that it wasn t really answered by stephan or krach or someone else. Can someone of you guys please adress this issue as it is impossible to use it that way. I spent 0.9 BTC on this bot and i could happily live with a few bugs or some babysitting. But I m really getting annoyed about the fact that it s still not executing simple orders like it used to be a few month ago. Please HELP!

It could be so many things that cause your problem depending on settings, trade ammount or cryptsy.

1. Yes, the license transferrable and we help out on this transfer by editting the profile and replacing all login information.

The beta is public, which means all users can get a copy and have a try. (Krach can indeed help out on this, i am not always present here at the forum) But in the end, once the beta is fully verified, this beta will be released as an major update for all users. This way every user can enjoy and benefit from all the new build technologies and features.

We are very close atm. At this moment the testers are having another look to the arbitrage-bots and they are reviewing the new order-bots too. We need confirmation those are both working properly and then most of the technical things are done.

The real thing holding us back atm is because of the web-interface. This project is outsourced and i have no exact estimation when it will be ready. And based on my expertise, i can not push or rush an artist. So this is the part we have to wait for. The deadline is placed on the end of this month.

By the way... the "order-bot" is an bot that contains a list of predefined pre-orders which are much more advanced then the exchanges are offering. For example, you can make an dependency between 2 pre-orders to execute them one by one. Its a real easy principle and very usefull, the responses i got this far are very positive about it.

Feel free to join into the beta test, its pretty safe already to do and the overall stability is good. The only thing really missing is the web-interface, but the classic interface can fill this gap.

Is it possible to configure this to short BTC based on e.g. DEMA? So the bot would either indicate or automatically go long or short based on DEMA or TEMA?

I couldn't find an answer for this anywhere.
