I think that the registrar is holding the Domain because of all of the complaints. CM can't withdraw the funds from the wallets because the registrar wont allow them access.
It looks like a poor exit scam to me. They can't access the wallets because the host is holding them.
All the complaints prevented them from making a clean exit scam. I doubt CM will come back up, which makes me doubt that anyone will recover their funds.

Wow that’s the dumbest theory I’ve heard yet. Congratulations.

There is a new update and they changed servers, it won't be long now before it is up and running again!

So many of you here should not be investing in crypto with your money. Embarrassing.

lol, so true.  Ice cold liquid titanium flows through the veins of us serious crypto traders!  Well... maybe Mt Dew, Code Red, coffee... etc.

Really though, glad to see the new update from CM.  Personally, I think they do owe us a daily update to that "news" link.  It is the least they could do.  Even if it's just an update saying nothing new but just a reassurance that there is someone on the other end.

They do own a lot of responsibility for how bad this has turned out.  I don't doubt many people were physically ill from all the stress out of this.

I'm okay.  I'm patient.  Not freaking out and calling this a scam... not yet anyways.  Then again, I don't have as much on the line as some people here.  But I do have enough in CM to make me very interested in how this turns out.  Besides that, I really liked the platform and how they support staking through wallets on their site.  I truly hope they come back stronger than ever.

I said the same thing about NiceHash when they got hacked a few weeks ago.  I'm proud of NH for recovering and I hope to be proud of CM on their recovery.

Let's go.

More new servers Cheesy so, 3 weeks ago new servers arrived and are already configured Cheesy
Now they will get more new servers and mail registrar Cheesy ah well Cheesy

Interesting which company is new hosting for them haha Cheesy

I would expect it's ScamNet Ltd Cheesy

Yeah. Hey CoinsMarkets, let me help you out a bit. You already said that you fixed the database in your update on the 19th, so don't reuse that lie in your next update.

Come up with something really creative. Maybe you can say raccoons got into the servers and chewed up the cables.

There are no racoons in Netherlands.
Try "a group of stoned tourists got into the datacenter and chewed up the cables".

Hey at least I learned that there’s no raccoons in the Netherlands.

I PUT MY LIFE IN THIS EXCHANGE AND STILL WAITING
Situations like this is why you should never put more than you can afford to lose in risky ventures like crypto. I do believe CM will be restored given the more frequent updates and untouched wallets, but let this be a lesson to never put your life savings into crypto

Fuck you and your preachy 'let this be a lesson' bullshit. Crypto is risk investing and everyone knows it.
You have to have a screw- loose to put any money in anything in crypto, but thats how you can make alot of money too.

Take your preachy ass and shove it.

Ultor is a fucking dumb-ass who cavorts with adolescents while he pitches other coins.
Electra devs did a horrible job picking him. The maggot must be in the family of one of the devs.

Coinsmarkets peps you can say and post what you want but take a look at that clock-- tick tick tick tick... Some of us are going to lower a damn boom on your ass if we don't get access to our money.

At this point you're pissing off all the wrong people. The kindness ship has sailed and we don't buy a word your saying. Keep playing these delay games and watch what gets run up your ass. HINT: cellmate named Bubba that loves giving buttrubs...

What does ‘lower a damn boom on your ass’ mean? My bad. I’m white.

Only a baby says 'My bad' - how infantile.
You're white? What the fuck is the matter with you, suffer from 'White Guilt'?
It's mainly all white people getting it done in crypto you stupid putz. Maybe a few Asians here and there.

The COINSMARKETS.com team need to force everyone to UPDATE their pin/passwords BEFORE
they can login for the first time

If you ever just checked out a phishing link your browser could remember and take you to the dodgy sites .net instead of .com when its restored  and we could have an even bigger scandal of angry people

Google Authenticator should also be applied for users ASAP

Everybody who tried to login the last couple of days was probably on a scam site. If you use the same password for every login you should immediately change them. Especially if your mail password is the same as on the CM site because then you will probably lose your money, even if they come back.

What is the source of this information? How can a user of coinsmarkets change their PIN or password if the site is still unavailable?
