Arousal first adopted Exchange + OTC mode to accept all legal tenders. Guarantor mechanism also included in OTC trading to secure transactions. In the future, we'll have both centralised exchange and decentralised exchange.

Buyer and seller don't need to communicate with each other. They just need to order/sell on the OTC. And guarantor will complete the transaction process for them. Regards
