What do you mean? It is impossible to accurately determine the level of development of a particular competency without conducting a special procedure of assessment.

And by whom will be those employers verified? The status of the employer is to be confirmed by at least 3 real employees from the employer’s company. The employers found cheating will be blocked or their rating will be downgraded.

Speaking of hard skills, we will evaluate the competencies of employees on the basis of specialized testing. As for the soft skills, the competencies will be evaluated by an employer.
