Hi Blissz, Can you had the ability to have higher fan speed when switching ? like 40% or moddable.
and also add editing time zone.

Hy guys
I don't understand, why better this firmware than the stock firmware? Because the profit on19,3Ghs with 1200w is equal 17Ghs on 750W-1,5 fee.

- improved temperature sensor reading stability of all chains
- improved board / chain detection
- fixed an issue where the miner could hang mining the dev fee if your first pool is down
- improved awesome miner compatibility (special thanks to @funminer for beta testing)

happy mining!

Can not download Undecided Huh

There is still a problem (with new version of FW) when some miners go to backup pool every 1 hour.

yeah this is the only question i have but the efficency numbers are crazy with this firmare:

stock
19600 ms at 1200 watt - .0612  watt/ms or 16.33  ms/watt

18500 ma at 920 watt - .049 watt/ms or 20 ms/Watt

15000 ma at 700 watt - .046 watt/ms or 21 mhs/watt

thats roughly a 20 percent increase in efficency which also traanlatea to longer life on the chips
which equals more time to roi , as well as less heat

now all i need are some numbers on the dev fee to see the true gains

Can you copy paste PM your full kernel log?

I dont have access to my devices, this is pool stats. I will send log later. I useing Prohashing for primary and Zpool for backup pool.
This is my backup pool. Miner software shows that currently all miners are on prohashing pool.

Is it possible to clock each hashboard individually?
For example I have one hashboard, which has with higher clock many HW errors (but the two others are OK)

If sound is a concern, its same 'profit' for less noise.

I'm only using this on two D3s that had instability problems.  Was able to bump voltage on unstable chains and lower it on stable chains and get all chains hashing stably with a lot less HW errors.  So it has that utility as well.  Can't see switching any other miners over to this firmware though as they are running stable at ~19.3.

it must be hard to perform autotune, especially with completly random error.

blissz I'm a embedded linux engineer and found this thread after trying to find anyone that might have the toolchain to cross compile for this ARM. I'd love to join in on what you're doing. I also have 40 D3's...  Smiley I've been buying from the weak-hearted on ebay. Anyways let me know, I can send you my resume if you want.

19.3 at 1200 watts is bad though

Impressive, well done. Undervolting would void the warranty prob like with oc.

Yes I will add this to the topic as this definitely voids the warranty on the mining boards Smiley
On the other hand, this will improve efficiency and heat problems, so on average this will improve the lifetime of the miner

Is it possible to detect modded firmware or clock changes if the device is hard reset?

I agree, I hope Blissz doesn't fall into a rabbit hole with this. Boards sometimes throw tons of errors, sometimes work fine. I have one board that doesn't throw much errors but craps out after a few hours if I push it too far. Also the fact that changing settings in one board (for some mysterious reason) affects the other boards. It took me days to understand and tune this thing, I definitely wouldn't try to automate it Smiley
