QUARK LIVES, IT LIVES!
It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

If you are having trouble finding nodes:

1. Ensure you are on the latest version (0.9.2.7)

2. If you haven't used your wallet in a while, delete your peers.dat file in the Quark data directory, it might contain stale nodes.

3. Wait a minute after startup, it should find the seed nodes automatically

4. If you still have problems, here are some nodes you can manually add:

104.54.218.167
192.241.151.155
208.94.242.218
90.14.226.20
109.190.236.252
96.18.144.46
79.172.215.68

Good to see the dev is still around.

Hi Qurkers

It seems Quark has not a secure web wallet.
Check out https://www.coinvault.io for an awesome quark web wallet.

Feedback is much appreciated.

Just a word of advice. I think its better to just buy them on the exchange and not mine them. It was costing me more to mine them than to buy them so I shut down my gear and start buying on the exchange.

That seems to be the case for this one and a few others. I mine something profitable, sell it for BTC and then buy Quark.

I don't understand what happens to Quark. The following transaction was fully confirmed very fast (in 5 minutes):

https://bitinfocharts.com/quarkcoin/tx/bf5bc17a75379c0f24028f6dd326028f3bc5ef97576609f5ccd145bc063755cf

But the following transaction can't be found on any explorer (and I'm waiting for 2 days!):

1c9b911b7b57742c18e6b0a3ec120aebdae2c73ca60f9455af384b6e8ba94ec9

So any idea what's going on?

Ps: both were sent from Cryptopia, which confirmed the withdrawal.
