Have the lawyers hired progressed in beating common sense into the company?
No, quite the opposite:

(not exactly due to our lawyers, but it's a reply from theirs)

are you f**king serious?  Lying basterds,

I find it very odd a company was able to make BFL looks so damn professional and honest.

And yet you still think INABA Is professional and honest? Go figure.

No you need to change your story on Inaba being trustworthy. No doubt you can compare two thieves and think there is still a winner.

Now we know waht HF scammers did with all the MPP & upgrades - sold them to Romania:

http://blackminer.com/shop/

Hello,

Sorry for the delay. Here are the pictures:

HF_CL confirmed it's their hardware, "congratulating" the Romanians:

Congratulations to Black Miner for shipping systems with HashFast's Golden Nonce ASIC - the fastest Bitcoin mining chip in the world!

What a douche bags these HF people are. I still can't understand that anybody can't hurt them legally.

If HF sold all of their GN boards to third parties like black miner, it is possible that this means that HashFast will ship Batch #2 (and 3 and 4) customers the new EVO Sierras at no added cost:-). Perhaps!!

Expect half the number of boards then. (re support quoting 1600GH instead of 4 boards for the MPP)

HF sold them only the GN ASICs, Black Miner are producing their own PCB under license

they sell what they already have and whats been already payed, by us.

Makeing more PCBs would mean putting more money in, but they only want to take money out. Even if this means selling the same item more than one time.

Again, this is ridiculous.
The most intriguing part? They are doing it under the spotlight.

And it's also possible that a flock of unicorns will fly over your house and poop out millions of strawberry-scented bitcoins that you can go out and scoop up with your bare hands.

Did anyone notice the Punchline "Black Miner Prime’s prototype was tested and it’s ready for production" isn't that the same PCB board that was sold to us as  BJ and Sierra , hence even these guys know that it was a prototype. So in the end the 1st ,2nd batch paid for the R&D and got just and R&D board a long these guys knew this and sold us Cr@p .

Dam u HF!

I feel kind of sick seeing that people are using HashFast chips in third party projects.  HashFast continues to screw it's customers over. I don't understand how members of this community are supporting them by making boards for HF chips.

Has anyone tried to go through the arbiter they mention in their terms agreement?

I order a batch 1 BJ plus upgrade and a batch 2 (November) BJ plus upgrade. I've gotten 3 chips so far and I'm do a 4th. I'm guessing its the Nov BJ upgrade that I am missing.

Oh, and the MPP for the batch 1 BJ, of course.

They shouldn't be able to get away with this.

Since they no longer make PCB rev. 0's any more or the boxes with the Seasonic PSUs I doubt that batch 2 3 & 4 will ever see anything but that live video of a Evo hashing away.  Wonder if they changed the TOS to say "you paid for a live video of a Bitcoin miner."  Huh
