Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

And let the "Love-fest" continue!  I'm not a "hater" but it disgusts me how short everyone's memory is!  And in 2-3 months we'll be right back where were 2-3 weeks ago, wondering "where did they go with our coins?"   Again... Unbelievable!

Sucks that they dont care about customer service. If 90% is happy, thats enough for them.

Glad that I didnt get involved in Mtgox. Bitstamp rules Smiley

lucky U,

in that case, 90% of happy (especialy now) when almost everyone just abandoned all hope about coins, is much better than 100% of unhappy gox customers...
Give erundook some time to sort ALL things out

I had an order for 0.20 BTC for LTC which is no longer there, and nor is the BTC.

I also have a 2 WDC deposits for close to 1100 WDC made on the 14th which are still waiting to be redeemed.

I have a WDC deposit around 450, made on the 15th of March. Still got a balance of 0 WDC Sad

I just logged in for the first time since the hack. I only had diddly from the mining of CTM which I had sold for LTC. But I have been notified that a trade was placed 19 hours ago, which I never placed. Well at least I just tried out the site for a couple hours and learned my lesson.

My 2.22 BTC withdrawal stocked in the block chain 1 month ago is still stocked there.

TXID: 7f16071fd8a5bdcdc6e65b7375ba550b14aaf93eeb50c9fb02864c60192839dc

Erundook, Please solve this, and return it to my account.

Thank you,
