This thread is totally off-track
Out of curiosity, what do you suppose is the 'track' this thread is supposed to be on?... I assume it should just be empty right now with everyone waiting for Yifu? With an OP like this: the "i'm not dead thread."
Just got off the plane, expect lots of news tomorrow.
Seems like a thread that started out with no purpose, and Yifu will be coming back the next day to give it a purpose. Do you believe the purpose is simply the announcing of an upcoming news event? I assume I am supposed to believe Yifu is being proactive in his news releases?  |

To be fair, that is one Federal court in the Eastern District of Texas. It was not a SCOTUS ruling so it is not the law of the land. Bitcoin is money, that is just the start of the official recognition. And it is money, so this is only logical a court would rule as such. |

I can't wait to hear Yifu's excuse for why it takes 3+ weeks to send BTC back to customers who paid in BTC. My order was marked "refund processing" over 22 days ago, yet, silence from Yifu & Co despite trying to contact them on all valid email addresses.

No big fish needs to pre purchase them. Anything you get made in China will be stolen - i.e., the people who work in the facility WILL make extra of your product once you give them the design. So, Yifu gives this Chinese company the design, and orders 2 million... they will run off 2 million for Yifu and 1 million for themselves and not pay Yifu anything for it. That is why when you go to China you can purchase brand name clothing without the brand tag for like 60% off the msrp. You have to expect that the hash rate will go up much more than the theoretical from the nominal chip orders alone due to this. When you get something made in China you are pretty much guaranteeing that your product design will be infringed upon and your tech stolen. |
