Declaration about phishing sitesRecently there are some fraud-like or phishing-like websites, i.e. " http://www.securecoinexchange.net/", that use the same name of "SecureCoin", "Secure Coin" and "SRC" to mislead users. Here we clarify that, there are no relationships between any of these entities and our Securechain team/community. We will also never take such fraud-like approach for benefits. Thank you for your support!

Hi Dev, What's new with this coin? Any updates? Hi, we are still working on the catch-up of Bitcoin-Core progress. Our current internal test version corresponds to Bitcoin-Core 0.9 and, we hope further progress can be made. Thanks a lot.

After you catch up with Bitcoin-Core's progress, what's next? When will there be a road map? Are there plans to get added to more exchanges? We need a lightweight wallet, the current wallet file is too big. Takes too long to download.

We need a lightweight wallet, the current wallet file is too big. Takes too long to download. Hi, Thank you for the reply. It's a good question. From our perspective, to be or not to be listed on exchanges is not a target, but a nature result. Exchanges are more like shops which sell goods or services to customers. To any organization or company , the lifeline is their product quality and user satisfaction. If we focus too much on the "listing" in the early stage, we may get distracted from the core value, which in turn results in the failure of getting listed. In a similar matter, although the purpose of making investment is to make money, if we focus too much on "money" or "making money", we will in turn have very high possibility to lose what we have. To lightweight/mobile wallets, we prefer to postponde until the stable core wallet is released. The roadmap after the catch-up is open for discussion. As mentioned earlier, SIP(Securechain/SecureCoin Improvement Proposal) may be introduced afterwards. Hope it helps. Best regards, Securechain Team

A message from Novaexchange.com
Nova headquarters are located in Sweden, which is quite a very cold place. Recently though, we have felt spring in the air.
Great Nova traders, spring clean your portfolio in March.
We have great news, if your March Trading volume is more than 0.2 BTC accumulated you get all your trading fees back at the end of the month (minus any referrals paid out).
Get Some Sun & Trade on!!!

Hi, Since the beginning of this year, we have been working on a new project - FINMAIL, which aims at integrating email and cryptocurrency services. The idea comes from the commonalities of the two: both email and cryptocurrency, i.e. bitcoin, can transfer something throughout the whole network with short delay. Meanwhile, also the differences: email is for information and cryptocurrency is for value. This month the project is released at https://www.finmail.com. If you are interested, regardless whether you are tester, hacker, trader, or just curious geek, welcome to visit and try. On the other hand, we are managing to update the homepage of Securechain / SecureCoin to make it more structured. Presently we have three projects: Securechain Wallet, SecureCoin block explorer and Finmail Add-in. Anyone who is interested in or, prefer some voluntary work are welcome to join. For any question please feel free to contact us. Any idea or comments are highly appreciated. Thank you for your support! Best Regards, Securechain Team

SecureCoin will soon be halvedSo far there have been more than 2080000 blocks mined. According to the specification, the reward will be halved every 2100000 blocks. Therefore we will soon greet the first halve of SecureCoin since the launch in 2013. Thank you for your support and help. Let's wait for the moment to come together. Regards, Securechain Team

According to a recent notice from Novaexchange, due to business decision, the site will be closed and all tradings will be closed including SecureCoin. If you have any SRC there, please withdrawal to your wallet or other exchanges as soon as possible, i.e. coinexchange.io The time schedule mentioned in the email is as below: - Starting from October 28th until November 27th, there will be an equivalent to 0.0001 BTC custody fee charged at the time of the withdrawal request.
- Starting from November 28th until December 19th, there will be an equivalent to 0.005 BTC custody fee charged at the time of the withdrawal request.
- Starting from December 20th until January 27th, there will be an equivalent to 0.01 BTC custody fee charged at the time of the withdrawal request.
- From January 28th 2020 onwards the Nova website will be closed and users will have to get in touch with us to claim their assets.
- The custody fee will increase by 0.005 BTC every month on the 28th onwards.
More details can be found in the email if you are a registered Novaexchange user.
We are sorry to hear the news, but we believe SRC has its own value, which can not be affected by the exchange.
