Dear Archie Mallorca,

During the Token Sale the PlayHall team experienced the following difficulties:

    Regulators stricter and tighter policies;

    Application stores has made their policies regarding crypto- and tokenized apps/games stricter;

    Our global road show (US, China, Hong Kong, South Korea, Russia and Ukraine) resulted in a lot of applications to participate in the Token Sale, which failed to translate into tangible results due to the aforementioned reasons.


Based on this we realize that successful conduct of the Token Sale and implementation of the product in its original form (using cryptocurrencies and PHT) is in jeopardy.

The team will continue to work on the project without the Token Sale. And, possibly, the product will be implemented without the use of cryptocurrency. It is also possible that we reconsider carrying out a Token sale in the future, when the product is in the late stages of completion.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to our community and Token Sale participants. We spent a lot of time to study this issue, consulted our advisors and made this difficult decision. We value our reputation and therefore PlayHall is the first project ever to make an independent decision to fully reimburse all the invested funds to our Token Sale participants. Hence, we bear all the campaign costs ourselves.

The funds will be reimbursed to the wallet, that you specified while registering:

In case you wish to have your funds reimbursed to another wallet, we kindly ask you to provide us with the wallet’s details in a reply to this letter within 5 days since receiving this notification.
