Bitcoin is of interest to law enforcement agencies, tax authorities, and legal regulators, all of which are trying to understand how the cryptocurrency fits into existing frameworks. The legality of your bitcoin activities will depend on who you are, where you live, and what you are doing with it.
Bitcoin was not declared as illegal in my country but we have no regulation yet about cryptocurrency although we heard a rumors that some members of the congress are going to builds rules and regulation about cryptocurrency.

In general, bitcoin can be considered legal in any country, unless it has been specifically banned for circulation by any regulatory act. Usually in all states there is a general rule that in civil relations any transactions are permitted, in relation to which there is no special prohibition. Therefore, even if the state has not yet passed any laws regarding the crypto currency, citizens can legitimately use the crypto currency and carry out a variety of transactions in it.

Everywhere in different ways. Some countries prohibit bitcoin and crypto currency, some countries see this as a perspective and try to join! If you want to know more precisely the answer to this question, you should learn about your country!

Well, this question is pretty broad. So allow me to narrow it down. The answer to this questions varies with every country. Bitcoin is illegal in India and China. But in Japan it's perfectly legal. So if you want to do anything you need to first assess the laws of that country and then do anything like trading or buying btc. So my advice is this, search for the laws of the particular country you are in.

The legality of bitcoin depends the country where you stay. Several countries rejected bitcoin, but there is the country to allow bitcoin.

Bitcoin is legal in many countries. I can say more. Most countries allow you to legally create a private currency. I can write 10 dollars on paper in marker and claim it as money. It will have no value but it's still technically money.

The legalization of bitcoin was depend on the country where you live in. Some countries are seeing bitcoin as a new advance monetary banking system and some are seeing bitcoin as a huge scam and for the eyes of some government official it may causes corruption and problem in paying taxes.

If you really want to reduce things like money laundering, bribery, etc., you really should be far more concerned with making cash illegal. Unlike cash, Bitcoin leaves a digital trail. While many people believe Bitcoin is totally anonymous, it's not. Cash, if handled properly, can be anonymous thus it's a great form of value to use for criminal activities

Clearly, too much regulation, like we see in China, will make a negative effect, but will not prevent them from being successful.

Why bitcoin should be not legal? If you pay taxes of profits, it is lgeal, but when you try to rob your government by not paying taxes, then it is risky and ilegal.

The future of Bitcoin is determined by the approaches of the countries. As long as the prohibitions start to increase, it will be illegal. Now the gray line is neither legal nor illegal.

It is not easy to make this currency legalized in each country. I think that in the future this will change as everyone will be able to see the huge potential of the crypto currency. It is high time to change something in our system in 2018

Bitcoin is legal in Japan, and Thailand is the first country to block bitcoin. But most countries do not stipulate that bitcoin is illegal or legal.

Bitcoin is legal in most countries around the world. Except for a few countries banned bitcoin. I think that undeveloped countries are forbidden to bitcoin, they should learn the benefits of bitcoin really help their economy grow. And they should use bitcoin quickly enough to keep up with developing countries who use bitcoins around the world.

China knows that Bitcoin is somewhat in ties with the United States so they want to shut it down. Bitcoin and Russia may seem to be progressing nicely although Russia kind of wants Bitcoin to get destroyed as well.
