Strange, I use the exchange occasionally and have never had any problems.

After a quick test, it works fine in both Opera and Firefox. The page loads smoothly and I can easily switch between the menu items and the trading interface.

Have you already contacted the support regarding your issue? They usually respond within a few hours.

No, I haven't. I expect them to tell me to clear my cookies and all other browser data, which I'm not willing to do.
I tried Kraken.com again, this time I instantly started with a Private Window, and it works fine. It didn't even ask me for additional email verification, so other than one popup, it's perfect now!
I don't know what causes my browser to disbehave like this, and it is of course something that shouldn't happen on one specific website only, but for now this works for me.

Does anyone know how to quickly find the available balance when you want to place an order? Because the balance at the top of the screen is not the available/reaming one for orders but the global one, ongoing orders included. The only way I've found till now is to go to the Funding page and then to the withdrawal tab of the specific coin. Needless to say, this is convenient at all. On other exchanges there is at least a "100%" balance feature that helps to view the amount available, but not there.

If the only solution offered to customers is to use another website that's sad. I don't need and don't want to use an heavy User Interface, I'm pleased and accustomed to the one of the normal version for the trades I need to place there. It's really weird and I think not normal, to not display the balance available to place orders, that's a very common and basic feature on any exchange, but I will use the "pro" UI if I have no other option.

I've contacted the live support from Kraken finally. And their answer has been to invite me to use pro.kraken.com instead, as you did or another Kraken website/UI : https://trade.kraken.com ... or to deduct manually the amount of my orders from my balance   They said they will forward my query about the legacy interface though.
I don't like very much the trade.kraken interface so I decided to switch for the pro.kraken one. It reminds me the one of Bitfinex a little bit, and I start to appreciate it.

In the Kraken pro version how do you check the status of your withdrawals and how do you cancel them(when they are still pending) please? Because I haven't found that. It's an important feature in the classic version, so I guess there is something equivalent in the pro version, no? I don't see a Funding tab there unfortunately.

there is on the top menu, the "Portfolio" section that give you all the transactions, buy, sell, wd, deposit etc.

There is also the "History" section, and here some filtering fields so you can filter for wd and see all of them using the filter "Transaction category".

I think that there at the end of every line still pending may appear the button to cancel the tx. I can't verify because now i don't have transactions to wd to make and in the pro version probabably still didn't make one.

Should be in the subsection "Spot" of "Portfolio" where there is the column "Status" just like the one in the non pro version.

Thank you very much cesmak, I will check that the next time I make a withdrawal, because I've looked at everywhere yesterday and I didn't found a way to check its status and cancel my withdrawal, I finally turned off the pro version and went back to the classic one to be able to get back this feature. It's sad if we can't do that in the pro version though.

Old: €0.09 per withdrawal.
New: €0.90 or €1.00 per withdrawal.

The fee is now similar to the other exchange I use, but a 1000% increase is just excessive.

Yes that's because the bank (Fidor bank belonging to the french group BPCE) they were using for those cheap withdrawals has closed down unfortunately. But instant SEPA transfers weren't available through this option, so you needed to wait 1day or more during week-ends to get your funds.
With Clear Junction SEPA (0.90€) wires are instant.

I have a big problem with Kraken.
I was with Kraken since 2020.
Now without any explanation they freeze my account with 4 BTC.

I traded on kraken for 3 years and suddenly, without an explanation, they blocked my bitcoin withdrawal to my wallet. The support forwards my requests and pretends that they are "checking my account" even though I was verified!

Yesterday I saw information: "we don't provide service in your region", Ok, then I'm asking them return crypto to my wallet, and, no any action. Crypto  - frozen. No information from support. There were no notifications in advance!
