This will probably be the 9th or 10th email I have sent through without even a reply and it's getting ridiculous

My first shipment of X3s only had 20% of the available X3s that day, half were shipped to direct customers (as ecointalk members have reported) and the remaining split between the other re sellers. We got a larger share of the X1s at the start because we had the single largest number of X1 orders, we have a average number of X3 orders.
I can't find any reports of any X3s being received by anyone. There are a couple of threads where people ask the question, even one specifically "not from a reseller," but not a single positive reply. Did anybody even take delivery of chips? Direct from BA, that is, none of this "sent directly to TechnoBit" rubbish. I'll believe it when I see it...

I hear everyone worried about their place in line and how it's not fair that such-and-such go their order first. But I honestly would prefer they just keep shipping. There are not so many orders that the queue position should really matter. As realistically they should be able to produce all the units in a week or two maximum and ship them all out. How many more orders can there be? What with all the folks asking for refunds and chips, I feel like there is a handful of orders left to assemble.
So any delay at this point is just being driven by Black Arrow's slow assembly process and whatever position you are in is probably minor compared to that.

I paid minersource on 12/2/13 order #400 for 2 X1's, which ultimately turned into #2434A on their new system... i have yet to get any tracking info.. Communication with minersource has been excellent in the past, but i havent been keeping up with this in the last few weeks.. are we still this far behind?

Is anyone around who has ordered the miners X-1 on the 2nd week of December 2013, and paid them at the same time to Minersource ? I am just curious to see if you already got tracking numbers.

I did. Ordered 1 X-1 in Dec. 13, payed right after and received the Miner last Sathurday. I'ts up and running since ... @MichelG: My own PAY DATE ( in full) was December 3rd, 2013, but I have not received even a tracking number yet. -- Order # 724 on the old site. @shogunmark: Similar for me -- on the new site, for some reason the order was canceled and then re-issued with the order number changed: - Order number on new site, which was canceled (not by me, someone at minersource did this) with no explanation: #2309
- Second order number on new site, which was created with no explanation: #2309A (this is currently my only active order in the minersource order system, and my address is still correct and unchanged, and I did not request to wait for availability of LCD either.)
Like I said, I paid in full ( bitcoin) December 3rd, 2013 if you have asked for the LCD they may be passing you over on the shipping until they get the LCDs.it happened to me without warning even though I only asked for it to included if availabe. I totally agree! Let them ship now. Then let's sort all the other topics. It doesn't help now to emotionally vent one's wrath on BA.

Why would a competitor need to try and keep customers away from you? You are doing a DAMN GOOD job of that yourself.
We have always been upfront and never lied to our customers. We always kept them up to date with what is going on. Regards! Dear BlackArrow -- I have a very simple question. You said the following on your most recent update: 3.Deliveries of all X-3 current orders will be completed by the end of the month.
Today is July 29 and my "shipment information" on my Black Arrow account is blank. I'm assuming that this means you haven't yet shipped my X-3. The question is: Do you promise based on your communication above that my X-3 will be shipped within 2 days, by July 31? Thank you. July 31 came and went, despite BA's promise that all X-3 orders would "be completed by the end of the month". The worst part is not the delay, it's that I've never seen a company, not only blatantly lie, but then with a completely straight face tell the world that We have always been upfront and never lied to our customers. We always kept them up to date with what is going on.
Unbelievable. In my so many years, I've never seen a company lie like this. I get that sometimes things get screwed up and shit happens. But ... when you blatantly lie, your credibility is 100% out of the window. Noone will ever believe you again. Ever. Is it that in China when parents raise children they teach them that lying is ok? Or is it just the parent's of the owners of BA never taught them about lying? Are the parents of BA owners totally and utterly ashamed of themselves for raising such losers in life? U.n.b.e.l.i.e.v.a.b.l.e....

well MS said that i would get my tracking number by friday. the tracking number never arrived, so after emailing Dan back i have been told it will be in the next shipment. thanks for the great customer support guys. /sarcasm/ At least they reply to your emails.... going on 3 weeks now and I've heard nothing from them. Over 10 emails to them and nothing.... useless

And what about mounting them by ourselves, wouldn't this void the guarantee (there is that seal/sticker)? it depends on where you are on the shipping list,the X-1s being build now were to have LCDs but I would wait and get your miner first then ask for it if needed otherwise you may be waiting even longer for your miner. putting it in should be easy,warranty?,not sure but shouldn't void it,your fixing their mistake for them.
