VE, I adore your anger, distress and hyperbole.  Really, I do.
Although, I would not use the phrase hard earned. What I risked in ActM came from profits from G.AsicMiner.
It was all luck, anyway, and not hard earned.

And, I adore gossip and speculation. Ken won't listen to me, although, he should.
In fact, if he was as clever interpersonally and some people I have contacted in my background investigation on him say he is as an engineer, he would be having me run both his HR department and be his project manager supervision a pleasant little squad of coders who would be putting the finishing touches on an exchange right now. Where was I? What is a grown man doing keeping cats? That is a bit worrisome, really. Dogs are a man's pet. In any event, VE, your exhortations influence no one. On the other hand, neither do mine. And, at this point, as long as the price of Bitcoin holds, I would be happy if I could unload all my shares for .001 a share.  But, since I believe that eventually, they will be worth much more, I will wait it out a little longer.

VE, your energy is better used trying to find VBS and Streets. Maybe you could do some research on what legal recourse we all have in not getting paid back on an unsecured loan.  Ken, might actually pull a rabbit out of his hat. It might be a small rabbit, perhaps a Ducth dwarf bunny, but it still will be a rabbit and it just has to be a rabbit long enough for me to sell at .001 while the price of BTC is at $500 Is THAT too much to ask for?  Yes, VE, I too know the pleasure and relief of venting. I think thought that you would be more amusing to me if you taunted that utter tedious moron StuartUK. ZEven though he is pro-ActM, he is more annoying and irritating than Crumbs. Crumbs might be a nasty little parasite, but he does make a good point every so often, and the way he irritates some people here is ever so diversionary from the torture of waiting for Ken to actually announce something useful and real.

As I told Ken months ago, I would have been the best choice for PR guy.
.............................................................................Yo u should use them. If you do not have the HR skills to deal with them, let me be project manager, and we can all get this stuff done quicker and make money sooner.

"We should do that, we should do this, Ken needs help from us to blah blah blah".. None of this helps, Lorenznomoney.  All you can do is sit and watch your hard earned money get used as cum rags.

Back on topic. So when do you guys think Ken will make the next big announcement? I actually think we should be getting some big news before Thanksgiving and expect him to be MIA throughout the whole weekend after(Which I think he should be). I expect this to either kill the FUD as we go into December or increase the pessimism on this thread as people try to keep the share price low until we get on an exchange of some form.

So the way I understand it is, we order our own supply of mining equipment from the profits we get from the first batch of sells right? Does that mean we wait until we ship hardware before we order our own to mine with?

Wizkid057 is a lovely helpful fellow also.
Despite my egregious error, Eligius still is the better pool and offers public access to mining stats for individual miners.

Agreed, just some have differences with Luke-Jr and I'd hate that to effect Eligius as a choice.

We all have differences with Luke-JR, but Bargraphics, you will have to grow up, get over your little religious squabble, this is not the Reformation or Counter Reformation anymore, and accept that Eligius is the best pool. Luke is a pain in the ass, but he is not Mel Gibson's Daddy. And besides, ever since I backed Luke in his failed attempt to get on the Foundation Board, Luke has matured a little.

The best feature of Eligius, and why I recommend, in fact, insist on it, is because it is transparent to see how much ming power anyone has and how much they really are mining with Eligius.

Seriously, if you want to sell at 0.001 many people right now would be willing to buy them off you. No need to wait.

Ok, I'm getting a bit concerned.

Was burned by Labcoin pretty bad, and now ACTM isn't paying out dividends, the volume of trade on cryptostocks is a joke, and no official word.

Am I mistaken in thinking we are past the deadline that accumulated divs should have been paid out?

Do you guys have an IRC channel somewhere?

I hate to point out the obvious here, but it no longer makes sense for Ken to sell machines when Bitcoin is almost $600.  He would make far more profit mining with them himself.  Not like we would see any of the mined profits anyway, he will find a way to keep them for himself.

Well, since there is a publicly documented statement regarding dividends, if he does that there will be repercussions.

Though I don't think that will be the case.

Dividends are suspended, we have no exchange right now due to the SEC shutting down Bitfunder.

There will be no repercussions because:
1.  This is bitcoin, thus far there were no repercussions for any of the scammers, including Pirate.
2.  The "publicly documented statements" can't possibly be mistaken for IRL legally binding agreement.  With consecutive closures of the two exchanges your "shares" have been traded on, you have absolutely no recourse, short of tugging on the sleeve of a beat cop & explaining, choking on tears:
"I gave this guy my revolutionary new money, and he PROMISED me i'll be rich!  That we'll all be rich! Just read the forum, i swear!  It's a Belize company, but that's just so's we wouldn't have to pay taxes & keep you government thugs at bay, so it's an American company nao.  Please haelp!"

I'm not particularly interested in FUDing, but it is frustrating to have a rapidly increasing pile of money that you simply cannot access. The big announcement (for which there are only 12 days left) better be some damn good news. </frustration>

Labcoin was a scam.  ActM is not.

Your shares are safe, your investment is safe.  However mumble's cats are not everytime he sits on the floor or when my dog's are around.

You will be paid all divs you have missed.

Everything is cool for cats and we are only days/hours away from Ken's announcement which will make us all rich.

It's coming guys and you ALL know it!  Grin
