more true food - fresh veggies, fruits and nuts instead cakes and snacks, good quality meat and fish, less bread. Try to cook yourself and do some exercise. Not much if you are not used to, but try to do it regular

Wow dude, that's not right. You can't lose weight if you lie down and reduce the calorie intake. You'll just get sick and your fat percentage will increase.
