You should eat more fiber, vegetables, fruits, dairy products such as yogurt, eggs, and cheese ... And drinking water before meals can also lead to reduced calories.

Eat only when hungry
Eat your food slowly
Exercise wisely
Eat a lot of vegetables

I'm sure that the best way - to eat less! 100 percent works ahah) I have lost weight due to my problem relations with boyfriend. He cheated on me. Felt really bad, guys! I also walk a lot! visited GYM and ate less sugar)   Wink

How do you lose weight, especially if you’ra hypersensitive person? There may be others out there who have tried taking medications but ended up stopping due to appearance of rashes in the body. What are the other measures for it, apart from exercise?
Its mind over body mate..whats our mind wants is what our body gets.that simple and plain lol
