Only eat when you are hungry and cut sugar out of your diet. Increase your metabolism before you rest by exercise for 5-10 minutes or simply hang upside down on an inversion table (or from a tree by your feet if you are a vampire) or lie flat and rest your legs/feet vertically against a wall for 20 minutes just before you retire. Thats the secret for all ye fatties  ....unless its glandular or some major health issue of course.

Search up fasting , i hear alot of people are doing it and it aperrently isnt just a "diet" it more like a way for living.
Maybe try to eat in calorie defficite , calculate your calories and eat healthy amount less.
If you dring lots of soda , lower the amount they have lots lots of sugar in it

I think you have to exercise regularly, don't eat too much oily food, always have an optimistic mind and always eat vegetables.

Just workout and eat healthy foods, I came from 80kg to 65kg today for just 8 months.
If you eat less, you'll lose body weight
If you eat less and eat protein foods you'll lose body fat.
If you eat less, eat protein foods and do heavy workout (lifting), you'll lose body fat and gain muscles.

If you really want you can achieve it.
