I want to buy HoboNickels. My price is 0.00001 BTC for one HBN (1000 Satoshis for one HBN, 100,000 HBN for one BTC). This is, because the only exchange cryptopia is not widely accepted at this time.

I wished Tranz to act as a trustee in between us. First send the HBN to Tranz' trust account, and send the transaction information in my PM and in Tranz' PM. (I suppose his wallet is backed up appropriately) (I would also trust a person, that Tranz has trust in)

Then I send the BTC to the sellers account, and list the transaction information
in the sellers PM and in trustees PM.

After some days, if I finish my buys, Tranz sends 99% of the collected stake into my account. 1% is for him.

If interested, I will make a seperate thread to keep this thread clean. (offer not yet opened, but in preparation) (and please, do not try to negotiate a higher price, I will not accept, but clean this in the moderated thread)

i guess we should find a second / third  exchange for HBN.
would you be in for that move ?

Sustainability/Humanity opts for decentralisation, so a second exchange would be fine. But at this time the very low volume could be discouraging for them. Let cryptopia give a try, I did'nt have any trouble with them so far.

I have opened a separate thread for buying HoboNickels for Bitcoins. Yet without a trustee. Will remind here from time to time, and delete posts after the offer is finished.

Cryptopia works just fine. Been trading there for 2 months now without any trouble. Just put you buy order there and you will be served soon enough. Without the need for no trustee. And that way, it will generate some extra volume too which is good for everyone.

Your right, HBN volume has been usually in the top 10 volume on Cryptopia. I don't know why there would be hesitation to trade there.

If you bid on Cryptopia, that will help trade to establish more quickly, and you can trade more.  Trading on threads is just prolonging the coin's dormancy.

Agree with everyone here. Plus I don't agree to being middle man. Really there is no need to go OTC especially for just 100k. If it were 1 million+ that is a different story But for now if you put .1 btc bid at 1000 stat, it will get filled, then rinse and repeat. Might even get a lower price at 900 stats..

Is there a way to keep the wallet from alerting a stake in windows?  I have my computer in the living room and the alerts are getting old. I would rather not stop staking.

Thanks

Hobonickels is not listed within a chart at coinmarketcap although it still can be found when typing hobonickels in a searchbox.
Does anybody know what is going on?

I get the message "Invalid HBN address", if trying to withdraw HBN from the cryptopia exchange. My address is right for sure, used it several times before.

Just deposited some HBN and they were fully processed after just a couple of minutes. Withdrew some as well and same story. Got them after few minutes in my wallet...

Guess I am a lucky guy!

To some degree, most wallets have such a function. Most likely cause for your increase is that some transactions had not been properly indexed in your wallet, and the repair wallet function found 'em and fixed 'em Cheesy It does more than remove orphans.
