And can someone teach me how to clear the unconfirmed from my wallet?

after backing up the wallet.dat i like to run a few diff commands once in awhile. i will run repairwallet a few times from the gui console,  it should pass "true". you can also open tekcoin from the command line and run with -salvagewallet .  You can get a command line open by holding shift down and right clicking on empty space in the folder with tekcoin exe, choose open command window here , type name of your exe, something like "tekcoin-qt.exe -salvagewallet"

Thanks thundertoe and this works for windows , right . Sry I forgot to mention this early.

Good job! I dumped my 50k several weeks back at a 33%+ BTC loss, and an even nicer fiat loss. Hee-hee, shamone!

I'm with you, bro.

I love you TEKheads. Going down with the ship.

P.S. Having to watch difficulty to figure out when to unlock wallet to stake isn't a feature, it's a failure.
So you consider NovaCoin a failure as well? Or frankly any POS coin aside from HYP? I'd like you to justify that, if so. Almost all of them use the NVCS difficulty adjustment. PressTab tried a different approach. I don't think it's superiour, honestly, just different. I like both approaches, and will continue to support several coins. It's likely someone will clone the HyperStake max subsidy scheme, but to my knowledge, at the present moment all POS coins are descendents of peercoin, Novacoin, or NXT.

Price is in a dismal state. Price drop is greater then the 40% every 30 days that is possible. Clearly somebody is dumping TEK at any price.

The fact that you need to keep TEK in your wallet for 30 days makes it not useful for spending or buying. Shorten the POS time to 3 days and increase to POW reward. Also implement a spending reward, like the more you send it, your spend weight increases and so does you chance for a reward.

Exactly.

A lot has been learned about High Stake coin behavior the last few weeks...
TEK is a prime candidate to be forked with a modern, user-friendly algo... then double/triple.

And I have no idea why bagholders are here trying to sabotage TEK...
If your investment decisions suck don't blame the coin.

You dump. I buy. I stake.

Ya man, I don't what everyone is jittery about.

I just staked 6 times in about 2.5 hours...
And should keep staking dozens of times/day all week.

Even though people seem to think diff 0.00031 is on the high side...
I'm averaging 34% stake return on these blocks in the 150-200 size range...
And they all stake within a few hours of 30 days.

And no orphans so far this round.

The key is to distribute your coins over the 30 day window...
Then if you are staking every day... you don't have to worry much about diff.

Ok , so we need to collect the setup fund which is 0.75 btc , do you have any idea who will manage the buy and sell part ? And do we have to host the pool?

From what I understand - is that they will add it to the list of multipools already setup there. Thay will charge 2% fee to run and support the pool! So we just need 0,75BTC
We can ask someone trusted (like Thundertoe or Biomech) to publish BTC address for this funding and then point our Ghs, Mhs, Ths and so on to support the Tekcoin with the haspower we have!
We need all people who supports TEKcoin to point miners to this multipool and suck up some value from other altcoins markets Smiley
thank you all
peace people

I have personally mined on that pool and it works awesome!!!!!!!!!!! This would be a gamechanger!! It might also be a REALLY good idea to get this coin on Bittrex and even better Poloneix. Do these 2 things and the price will double!!!

This will completely eliminate orphans as we are not mining tek.

Vegas

I want to make sure everyone knows that I just released my software called "Yobit pump alert". THis is custom software that uses an algo to detect the start of a pump here on yobit, the second it starts. YOu can even filter the coins you see by price. Most pumps start less than 100 sats , so you can easily filter the cheap coins, so they are the only ones displayed Smiley https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1945937.msg20241953#msg20241953

lots of people enjoy this coin, the more people who are staking, the more orphans that you will see.
An orphan block usually occurs when two staked amounts happen in the same moment, for every orphan you see, someone else has the correct stake. and likewise, when your coin stakes in your wallet, there is often someone else who sees an orphan.
remember, a staked amount is in essence a block in itself.
