Rolled for more than 2500 satoshis and the rewards points did not even move.
Checked an hour later when needed to roll still no increase.
Was played during the 2xRP promo and even the lottery leaderboard is not there anymore to track how many satoshi you wagered for the day.
All this started happening 12 hours ago.
Fix this site because from the looks of it the entire team has abandoned the site and just letting it slowly die off.

The hiring of a new fake customer support  account on here looks to be just a way to stall while they move funds off the site.
Some are even saying their deposits dont work anymore but withdrawals do.
They know if they disable withdrawals they will get so much backlash all over their twitter and here they wont be able to stall this death rattle of the site any longer. Until one day it wont be able to be accessed anymore.

And the even more worrying thing is that by clicking on the link to track the progress, the page that appears gives me error 404 'not found'. On FBC, the writing 'Pending Payouts'. I have a position that expired yesterday that is still showing up as being locked and another one that expired earlier today that is still locked. If there were to be a sudden pump I am out of luck because I won’t be able to sell with most of my tokens being locked.

The site has become a total shitshow. They’ve moved too slow to fix some lingering issues and it has snowballed into a larger mess that will become harder to repair the worse they allow it to get. By keeping our tokens for a longer period than they are supposed to be locked for, they are taking peoples money hostage.

It is about time they came forward with some clear answers for the community. Whatever crisis the owner might be going through, we deserve to know enough details to determine whether things will eventually go back to normal or whether we should abandon all hope.

They should be more concerned about solving what isn't working, instead of being concerned about launching such promotions right now which will inevitably expose more people to a broken platform.

Those promotions dont even work! All they are promoting is a lie.
Rolling the 500 satoshi to get 2x RP does not show up. Tried a few times today while it was still up.
Will not doubt those referrals wont get their promised amounts of RP during this promotional period when it starts either.

Just shut down the site if your not going to fix all the issues that just get worse day by day.
Right now all they are doing is promoting a pure scam!

Their site is currently running normally. If there was a server error, it was probably for a short time.
As for CSFBC, this isn't the first time this account hasn't been active on the forum. And the long period between your request and their response probably indicates that there is a huge queue, i.e. they have accumulated a lot of requests from other users.
