My FUN savings which expired today did not unlock, so they didn’t actually restore functionality. They will only unlock your tokens if you contact support. This is very annoying because I have 87 batches of tokens that are still locked and expire in the next 8 months. I have to create tickets every few days because they are intentionally preventing this feature from working properly.

In the future, hopefully there will be changes so that you don't always need to contact their support to unlock your tokens, and actually this should be a concern of freebitcoin because it will not be comfortable for players who have many locked token batches, and the change from automatic unlock to manual is not good for the casino, changes to casino features should make players happier, not more uncomfortable.
BTW I no longer have fun tokens here, all of them have been sold a few months ago and just today I checked again the price of this token has dropped, so I think it was the right choice to sell it a few months ago at a higher price than today.

It's not clear to me, is there that bets on matches are processed by an employee? Sometimes quickly, and sometimes two days, when the result of the match has long been known. Okay, and if the number of bets is in the millions, will a person process it there too? This is not an idle interest, I'm betting on the amounts I won again, especially now it's the season.

They worked, now they are credited but not those indicated by the membership, this is due to the drastic change in value that the 2 cryptocurrencies have undergone, so they have reduced the number as it is not sustainable for the site, I think they will make updates on this since they have indicated it (at least in technical support), but when it will happen is not known.

If you contact customer support they will manually unlock your tokens if they have reached their expiration period. This seems to be working correctly again and they are unlocking automatically when the lock period expires without needing to contact them.

How do you know that bro, you have tried it by your own? I have never heard about a customer support agent manually unlocking funds from a locked investment. The rules of the investment plan imply the funds to be unavaible during all the locking time. Some investment plans allow to withdraw your funds at anytime by giving up earnings generally but it's not the case for this type of investment, you agree to hand over its accessibility during the locking period you choose in exchange for interesting profits.

AFAIK The Real Madrid vs Las Palmas match ended in a draw (1-1), so you won't get any earnings, neither your stake back if you've bet on Real Madrid unfortunately. It wasn't a Double Chance bet or a Draw No Bet. All soccer bets are classic 1x2 or To Qualify bets there. When you can bet on draw it's a vanilla 1x2, when there are only 2outcomes available, it's the other kind(TQ).
