Strange thong happened today, wanted to play free spin from e-mail and got 500 internal error message.

After that I went to website and exchanged reward points to one free spin. When I wanted to play that free spin I realised that I have 6 free spins out of nowhere but could not play any of them as "play all" button was unresponsive...

Anyone had similar issues? Also I can not reconstruct how I got  free spins as I don't have any BTC funds or FUN tokens on the website anymore.

Everyone have the same issue with WOF spins. They don't work.

I also received 12 WOF spins while I no longer hold any fun tokens. I received 6 WOF spins on April 2 and 6 on April 3.
I guess they started to credit some of missing WOF spins.

of course, the day after i transfered my FUN off the site and the day I swapped it all for something else. It also pumped 21% yesterday after I sold. I looked it up in Kraken's terms and conditions and it doesn't mention that deposits from gambling sites are prohibited.
However, you have to be careful and to be more certain, it is better to ask their support agent directly, my suggestion is to withdraw to your personal wallet.

You're right that it's better to clarify this with support. At least to avoid an unpleasant situation if it turns out that Kraken exchange interprets any activity on Freebitcoin as illegal. Although I honestly don't remember anyone having any problems with centralized exchanges due to withdrawals from Freebitcoin.

No one is "at the wheel" making choices about all this.  They've just left the site to run based on an algorithm.  It wouldn't surprise me if the current people "running" the site don't even know how it works.

It only seems to credit daily WOF spins if FUN tokens are above a predetermined value.  This was never a technical fault.  It was a financial decision to withhold services. 

No one is "at the wheel" making choices about all this.  They've just left the site to run based on an algorithm.  It wouldn't surprise me if the current people "running" the site don't even know how it works. 

You do have a point though, this is something we have talked or discussed about some long time ago actually, and I was actually of the same opinion as you back then..

Looking at how things are going, it gives the impression that the site is running on auto-pilot, and I also think the whole delay with withdrawals is because when their hot wallet gets empty, someone needs to come around and refill the wallet, when the refilling is delayed for what ever reason, we see to see issues with withdrawal request processing time and all that.

About the new owners of the site not knowing their way around the site or how to get things done,  I really don't know and can't comment on this, but then, I am happy for those who are still holding on to their fun token and are now receiving their WOF reward again, lets cross our fingers and hope it doesn't stop again.

they aren't receiving it again, they got 1 maybe 2 days. it will shut off again. It did this months back, we got them maybe 3 days?  maybe a week?  it shut down again. We did not get all the owed WoF spins. We are owed so much, i finally sold my FUN at a loss, I can't risk them just shutting it down and getting nothing.

I have similar feelings. Now with not working WOF spins from email newsletter, it adds to long list of broken things on Freebitco.in. Question what will be next thing that will stop working. I think it's only matter of time until Freebitco.in will break down completely.

Your withdrawal(when it will happen) won't be an individual transaction sending funds from your balance to your receiving address but a batch transaction with outputs to several other addresses. Exchanges don't like that very much, so it would be safer to withdraw your funds to another address first, belonging to a non-custodial wallet for example, before sending your funds to this exchange. But AFAIK nobody has ever complained of such things. And many people are using FreeBTC for the faucet claims.

The only reason it would ever be a problem would be if you sent a deposit originating directly from a coinjoin or a transaction that appears to be a coinjoin. FreeBitco.in’s withdrawals typically use very few inputs and are not likely to be mistaken as coinjoins. It is still a good recommendation to withdraw to a self-custodial wallet first when using gambling services.
