WHOA!!! They have spoken!!

Put in a request for withdrawal today (instant), normally gets sent within 15 minutes as promised, but it's been 3 hrs and no sign of the withdrawal being processed. The withdrawal shows as pending on their website, so there is hope, maybe. Anyone knows a support email address for the team?

Did you receive the payment by now? I did some withdrawals in december and received them very quickyl. As fivestar mentioned, save  the effort of sending an email; you will never get a reply from them.

Yes, I did get my withdrawal, on checking closely I noticed they were located in Costa Rica, and it was around 2AM when I put in the withdrawal request, I guess their Hot wallet was out of funds and it was refilled around 5 AM, when the withdrawal was processed. So all good here.

Congratulations that you got your withdrawals processed and maybe if you place another withdrawal in future it may get fulfilled too but everything at freebitco is not like "All good here". There are some people who are facing issues in withdrawals, the FUN token withdrawals aren't processed at all and lot of other things. Just a piece of advice that if you have withdraw stay out of that site for a while and watch from outside how the things goes in .

Sorry but so far, i don't know but personally, I am yet to come across any user complaining about not having their fun withdrawal request processed for days, what I know and very sure of is that, fun token withdrawals take way more time to get processed than bitcoin withdrawals, but regardless of how much time it takes, it's still gets processed at the end of the day, like I did mentioned in my previous comments, might take up to 48 or more hours, but no have complained of having their fun token withdrawal not processed after 3 days...

And away from the above, I agree with you on the statement everything on freebitco is not like all good, issues are still very present and I personally always advice gamblers against adding any new money to their site, choose another casino if you must deposit new money to gamble.

It is appreciated that you warn about these things but a better communication about all the problems there have been for almost a year I think it is necessary. Although I see you will continue to run the site in fits and starts as long as it continues to generate money and not too many customers have left.

The problem with alternate free faucets I found was longevity because to really gain you need the site to stick around and the vast majority did not.   It wasnt so easy as the first days of BTC as to collect the faucet and immediately benefit in some way.
  The very first faucet were to encourage usage and propagation of Bitcoin, free engagement like you get a game demo perhaps.  It worked, it was promotional and despite this being many years later thats still how I view the site now in its basic structure.

We never know if they are actually working on upgrading the site or is it a mask behind their internal issues on the site.
As long as they are posting about their upgrades and letting us know what each upgrade brings to us we will never know whats happening behind the scenes.
I guess a significant portion of freebitco.in users have already but still a major portion remains on the site.
If the upgrades are actually good may be they might get few users back on to their site.

You have to credit missing WoF spins to premium program's members. Users are tuned for updates here for months already without you giving a single word or solution for the problems faced in your platform. And just to fix the access to the website doesn't mean you are upgrading anything. It has always worked like this, oscillating sometimes. The real problems with freebitco.in are much deeper, and unfortunatelly, not addressed and fixed by your team (if it's true there is still a team working on it).

Just very recently they had stopped processing FUN withdrawals and it took 3 weeks for them to resume again.

So I wanted to try something out and deposited just under 10k FUN tokens to my account. Just a few bucks worth no biggie, and it’s been a few days and the “PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP LEVEL DAYS” it’s still 0. Has not acknowledged my deposit maturity at all. Seems like that probably coincides with the lack of WOF for users as well. Not sure if anyone else has noticed a stop in the counter as well.

Everything has reset to 0 for me even though I have been a premium member almost since the beginning and I still have enough tokens to be getting the third tier of rewards.

I can confirm that now Freebitco.in is alive but I don't see any upgrade that will make me think that you server is doing better. You haven't posted since 14 September while there are lots of issues posted almost every day. Lots of people have been asking to hear from TheQuin or wetsuit, why don't they post here? Why is it only you who posts here? A post from these two persons would do a lot in Freebitco's favour.

Also, at least write down the date when everything will be fixed. The lambo winner of round 11 hasn't been announced yet, how long will it take? Consider that with this inattentive attitude, you'll be soon left without a single customer.

After the “server update” I was hoping there would be a fix but seems that’s a no go. Still the same. I sent an email regarding the issue but, we all know how that goes.

Well, the fact that they decided to publish a post for the first time in a few months shows that they have not completely abandoned this thread and still follow what we write here. At the same time, there is nothing good in it because it turns out that they are satisfied with the current state of affairs since they still don't explain anything to the community and don't draw the 11th round of the Lambo lottery.

But this is such a random post and it doesn't make sense that after months of nothing they suddenly appear again and make a post without explaining anything. I don't really know what to think of this as no problems are addressed or being worked/being solved.

The fact that they have posted on this thread doesn't really mean they are following the thread actively.
It could also be that they are just posting here as usual and not really reading our concerns on this thread.
I do agree with your second point though, may be they are satisfied with the current performance of the site in which case we can't expect them to resolve these issues any time soon.

After months of not posting about any ongoing promotions on freebitcoin, you are finally active again today, even though it is just a formality post to convince freebitcoin users, hopefully your hard work will show results soon where all the issues that have arisen in recent times can be resolved.

Well, personally, I am not being owed any free spin on freebitco, because i got my investment on the site out early when I saw that their fun token was performing as I expected.

But speaking of owing user tens of millions of free spins which also translates to alot of free bitcoin in sats, don't be so sure measuring the free spins in bitcoin because bitcoin sats is not the only prize available on the spin board, there are other rewards there as well which are not in bitcoin like the reward point and lottery ticket, though I understand that both are still connected to bitcoin, but not everyone that won lottery ticket (for example) will be able to convert it to bitcoin.
