No one is "at the wheel" making choices about all this.  They've just left the site to run based on an algorithm.  It wouldn't surprise me if the current people "running" the site don't even know how it works. 

I have been saying this for months, because there is no other logical explanation for such amateurism all this time since the problems have existed. Whoever took over the business clearly has no idea how to run this. I've already prepared myself for the site to go offline at any moment and never come back, all the symptoms point to that - but I hope I'm wrong.

I have similar feelings. Now with not working WOF spins from email newsletter, it adds to long list of broken things on Freebitco.in. Question what will be next thing that will stop working. I think it's only matter of time until Freebitco.in will break down completely.

Your withdrawal(when it will happen) won't be an individual transaction sending funds from your balance to your receiving address but a batch transaction with outputs to several other addresses. Exchanges don't like that very much, so it would be safer to withdraw your funds to another address first, belonging to a non-custodial wallet for example, before sending your funds to this exchange. But AFAIK nobody has ever complained of such things. And many people are using FreeBTC for the faucet claims.

Batching customer withdrawals is a common practice, even with exchanges. The only reason it would ever be a problem would be if you sent a deposit originating directly from a coinjoin or a transaction that appears to be a coinjoin. FreeBitco.in’s withdrawals typically use very few inputs and are not likely to be mistaken as coinjoins. It is still a good recommendation to withdraw to a self-custodial wallet first when using gambling services.

WOF spins not spinning - even if one wins something there is no way how to collect the spoils.
My mailbox is full of emails from FBC, unfortunately, all are generated by robot, not a single human response to my messages sent to site operators.

It was nice when FBC was operated with business mindset. The current autopilot mode "fly until you run ouf of kerosene then crash unceremoniously" is a sorry ending to what must have been a very profitable enterprise.

It's sad because of what's happening but who knows some come back might happen and they'll redeem themselves, hopefully that will be the case soon.

Everyone have the same issue with WOF spins. They don't work.

Also I can not reconstruct how I got  free spins as I don't have any BTC funds or FUN tokens on the website anymore.

I also received 12 WOF spins while I no longer hold any fun tokens. I received 6 WOF spins on April 2 and 6 on April 3.
I guess they started to credit some of missing WOF spins.

If they started giving us premium spins for FUN hodling it is great news, I already gave up on this. To be honest I didn't even played free spins for weeks now so crediting missing spins was a nice surprise. But as nothing on freebitco.in can work like it doesn't surprise me that I can not play them.

Just created an account specifically for this post. Been reading here for a while, especially over the last 1-2 weeks when the site was down all the time. Been with FBC for over 5 years, deposited a couple of times and mainly grew my holdings through free rolls, interest and exchanging reward points when I reached 100k. Never held FUN, never gambled, never bough lottery tickets, etc. I always got WOF emails, sometimes 1 sometimes 2 a day and had a a couple of times a higher win but never the top prices. There were times where I didn't get any. Experiencing also the 500 error recently when emails came in. Something still seems to be broken and hopefully gets fixed.

Requested a slow payout on 3rd April at 11pm local time as I was panicking a bit so thought I better cash out and secure my BTC. The website showed it immediately as pending and with the ! that it requires a review. That review was done the next day and the ! vanished. Now today I received my funds (30 min ago) to my Binance wallet and E-Mail confirmation.

"Your deposit of 0.02245599 BTC is now available in your Binance account. Log in to check your balance."

Despite the site having a lot of issues (potentially a lot of fraudsters and cheaters with multi accounts, etc.) the site seems to pay those abiding by the rules, even if it does take a bit longer. The site is paying, which is great. In comparison, I requested a payout on cryptoflare.net (much smaller amount) 7 weeks ago and no sign of payment at all when they paid without issues before.
