@rickrossboss I'm really sorry for the issues we've had with the specials on some events, our sportsbook team have now identified the issue and are working to get our full range of lines back up as soon as possible.

The missing lines are an unfortunate result of the process of updating our platform to improve what we offer - you’ll see some of the markets we have available are way higher limits than before, and with better pricing. We’re working on re-introducing all of the exotic markets that you love, all at much higher limits, so overall you should see a big improvement.
Please let me know if there are any in particular that you’d like to see back first and I'll see if we can prioritise these for you.
As for the KYC request, we do this to provide an extra layer of security for our customers when certain flags have been raised. In the recent case on this thread the player provided the necessary information and their withdrawal was processed as soon as the checks were complete.
