Just because you can't log in it doesn't mean they're a scam you have to find out the reason first. Their password recovery system is working fine i've received an email after a few seconds maybe you've used a different email on your account or typo?

They have live support available now, have you asked them what's the problem with your account?

such kind of errors happen sometimes , livesupport isn't that helpful according to some players who posted about their problems here
but it seems Ronnie is your guy and he is answering everyone so your best shot is to wait for him till he see your post and I'm sure he will pm you ( at least that's what happens with me )

today I decided to throw 10$ on Ned Start to come back and rule since as I said before in GOT it seems the unexpected happens more often than the expected
so I jumped to Cloudbet and decided to do the bet but found out that the minimum bet on that selection is 0.00766 BTC ( 40$ )  , so I ended up betting through my fiat site even the odds there is X160 while in CB it's X206

don't you find it really high ? I mean with that crazy odds 40$ is really high since it's a pure longshot and many bettors not actually expecting it to win , it's supposed to be a pure fun bet

I think you have been as well. Because I had this happen to me several years ago when I was still using the site as I was new to crypto gambling and they were the first ones you see offering it at the time. At one point I was not able to login saying the same thing even though I never changed the password or email address to the account.
Never did reach out to customer service because I didnt have any funds left on the account so just left it.
So if you have anything on there then I would pursue getting them to fix the problem with you logging in. If not just forget about it and move on.

That's most users concern, a speedy payment just like other websites who have instant withdrawal.
Hopefully they can improve their system in that department, as to their trust, they just answered all their accusations and solve it.
They are in good standing now in terms of good reputation.

This can take up to 24 hours." The live chat & email support told me it only takes 24 hours at maximum. Its been longer than that. Now I been told that they dont know exactly how long its going to take which is making me worried because smaller withdrawals went through instantly previously and now that i made bigger winnings its taking so much longer. I just have this feeling they do this on purpose so i cancel my withdrawals cause im tired of waiting and go gamble it away. The support live chat is basically telling me they can do nothing for me at this point as they are not aware themself how long its going to take? I need this money and im really scared.

after around 29 hours i got my withdrawals. to be honest i wont be using the service anymore because for my liking this is just too much waiting and other sites (i wont do ads) are instantly and with muth better transparent support service.

still cloudbet is 100% legit.
